Great service from Element Carpet cleaning . Gary was very courteous, very knowledgeable and very supportive. The carpet looks and smells amazing and our dogs love it . Our carpets are hard to clean with having 4 small dogs but Gary did it again for the second time. Thank so much Gary and we will for sure use your services again

I highly recommend! Gary worked with my schedule which was extremely helpful. He asked questions and explained everything so he knew exactly what I wanted and I understood completely what he was going to do as well as how long it would take. The results are phenomenal! The carpets and tile/grout look brand new! I will be using Element Carpet Cleaning again!

Gary does a FANTASTIC job cleaning my difficult tile. I have plank tile with zero seal so it's basically like mopping cement. I can NEVER get it clean enough (pretty, but inefficient). Gary with Element Carpet Cleaning has come to my home twice now within a year and deep cleaned all of my tile. Every time, he goes above and beyond. He moves my furniture without being asked, he texts me questions if he is unsure about something, he shows up on time every time and is very pleasant to work with. Every time he comes my annoying floors look brand new! I highly recommend Gary and his services to anyone

This is not the first time I have used Element Carpet Cleaning. They have been my go to company to clean my carpets and tile for the past few years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had them out yesterday to clean the carpets in my bedrooms, tile/grout throughout the house, and a few chairs. Gary did an amazing job! Not only is he very thorough and reasonably priced, he is someone I trust. He came during the middle of the day while I was at work. A family member let him in and left him to do the job. Gary locked up and texted me when he was done. I came home last night to clean

I just had Gary at my home today to clean the bedroom carpets.....since only 2 rooms in my home have carpet, I always feel like I should be able to just rent a machine and get the work done myself
WHO AM I KIDDING........NO WAY could I have made my rooms look , feel and smell as fresh and clean as Gary made them.......the carpets look new again ( and they certainly are not) and I am one happy person!

I emailed the owner and got a great response time. He was one of the most friendly people I have had dealt with. He is very flexible and rapid with his service. I needed my house cleaned up and he cleaned my place the next day. Spectacular job I will say! Apart from quality service and excellent customer service. He gave a great explanation afterward with the carpet cleaning, what to use, where the worn spots were at and what to watch out for. Will reccomend to anyone in need of carpet cleaning! I called Elements to get a quote on carpet cleaning for a rental that our lease was up. I spoke to Gary. He listened to me rant about the landlord wanting me to have the carpets professionally cleaned. He was very polite, courteous and very accommodating on scheduling. He showed up on time and was super professional. The carpets look like new! I'm confident that we will now get our deposit back because of Elements. Gary was able to remove some very tough stains.
