Don't do it!!!! We trusted Hardman Collision to do the minor repairs on our luxury suv, and having thier employee reassure us that we will not be able to tell it had been repaired when they finish. WRONG!!!!! This turned out to be a painful process! When they said it was ready, I was happy to go check it out. I found that the large areas looked nice but all important detail areas were left unfinished and obvious to ANYONE who looked that the car had been repainted. The folks at Jim Hardman were quick to get me in and out. My throttle body went out. Another dealership wanted me to leave my vehicle overnight just for diagnostics!!! I called Jim Hardman and they told me to come on in. The service was immediate. They told me that I would probably have my vehicle done in a few hours. Great experience from start to finish! Met Jody initially and had an honest coversation about the car and features — and there was no pressure! Then returned to the dealership within the week to purchase the vehicle and once again just a causal, no pressure, stress-free transaction.
