Periodic evaluations are made so that each diver has the opportunity to advance with increased competence. Our highly structured program provides excellent instruction for boys and girls just learning to dive and teaches the finer points of mechanics to the experienced diver. Services
Trinity's Hixon Natatorium is housed in the Bell Athletic Center. It features a heated 13 foot deep dive well with 2 one-meter boards and a brand new three-meter board. The facility also has a brand new dry land board and diving harnesses. These harnesses are not available at every pool and they provide our divers with an advantage by assisting them with difficult dives in everyday practice.
AAAD also provides an opportunity for summer league swimmers whose parents seek to provide them with a school year weekend opportunity to work on competitive swimming drills and skills. It's a great bridge between summer league seasons and is a proven stepping stone between summer league participation and year-round club teams, which typically require a more significant weekday time commitment.
