Bill Swanson was recommended to me by my contractor. They have been in the process of repairing my siding and replacing some windows. They noticed some structure concerns that they wanted to get addressed by a structure engineer.
Bill came out on June 21 after a few weeks of waiting for his availability. He completed a full house inspection and informed me that he would be sending me a report shortly. I called him and the contractor and kept getting informed that he was behind on his work.
I texted him on AUG01 on the status of my report. He responded by calling me Diana which is not my name
