A family man and President of Beechen & Dill Homes, Matt Dill is a second-generation home builder. He grew up in the business working with numerous trades, really learning the craft from the ground up.
After earning a business degree at the University at Iowa, he worked at a national home building company before returning to Beechen & Dill Homes to dedicate his time to making BDH into what it is today. Recently Matt served as President of the local home builders association(SSHBA) and currently serves on the board of directors.

Beechen & Dill Homes are great quality Builders with an awesome team! Each person I've had contact with have all gone beyond what was expected. LOVE LOVE LOVE our new home from Beechen and Dill. We could not be happier with the entire process. Bob and the Beechen and Dill Team made the whole experience very easy and stress free. From picking the right home design for us to selecting our own personal finishing touches at their design center and all the way through to a quick and easy closing B & D are truly professional every step of the way.
