Please call before you come! Due to the nature of the car business, we cannot hold a vehicle for you without a deposit (with or without an appointment). If you will call 252-646-4420 before you leave to come to Matt Hagen Motors (if the vehicle is still available when you call), I will hold the vehicle for you until you get here.
The Society provides financial assistance and education, as well as other programs and services, to members of the United States Navy and Marine Corps, their eligible family members, widows, and survivors. In support of our Military Personnel, Police, Firefighters, and EMT First Responders, we give a $500 discount off of the listed asking price to those men and women who serve our country and put themselves in harm's way for the greater good.
Matt will make himself available to his customers as often as he can, 9am-7pm 6 days a week (Monday thru Saturday). He may not always be available these hours or these days due to the various needs of the business (Errands, Classic and Late Model Auctions, Chasing Cars, Parts, Repairs, etc.). Eligible vehicles that are 19 years old or less, and have less than 200,000 miles will have a 3 day or 300 mile Matt Hagen Motors, LLC Limited Powertrain Warranty included, free of charge. The Matt Hagen Motors, LLC Limited Powertrain Warranty will expire after 3 days or 300 miles, whichever is reached first.

Matt and Jennifer Hagen are the best kind of people from who anyone could hope to purchase a vehicle. Being from another state, I flew into New Bern. Jennifer was there at the airport to pick me up. Armed with a warm, welcoming demeanor and great knowledge of the local history of their corner of the world, our ride to their dealership was most pleasant. Matt, I just wanted to tell you how much I’m enjoying the ’06 Tahoe we purchased from you a few weeks ago. I did what you suggested and purchased floor liners, including cargo bed liner, from Husky. They fit perfectly. My wife and her daughter and granddaughter drove to Asheville and back last weekend (leaf-peeping), and were very comfortable and thrilled with it. Plenty of room and everything works fine. I have found absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, and it was just as you described it. Thanks for a terrific buying experience.
