WOW! This company's service goes far beyond exceptional!
Water was spraying from an exposed shower valve in the HVAC room. It was after 6:00 PM. when I ultimately contacted Elk River Heating and Air Conditioning and was given Matt's cell phone number. Hearing the panic in my voice, Matt attempted to help me over the phone. Recognizing that I would need to shutoff the main water supply, Matt drove to my house to bye pass the leaking shower valve so the main water system would function until I could hire a plumbing contractor to make a permanent repair. In my panic, I failed to realize that Elk

I think something needs to be said that Elk River Heating & Air only has 5 star reviews so far. It's the real deal. Matt really cares about his customers but what I think makes him stand out is his employees too. They are all experienced and very good at their job. Matt told me during scheduling his guys had a long week and he was going give his guys a shorter day on my house. He really cares about his employees and they also had great reviews of him as a manager behind his back.
