Upset stomach after eating, but not as bad as the customer service was. Arrived to pick up online order (two pasta dishes) and waited 25 MORE minutes after being told that it will be 5-10 minutes. Not apologetic - more of an insincere "sorry about the wait." Also, asked for extra sauce and it seems like that may have been a joke to them as I received basically a bowl of sauce with pre-cooked chicken chunks in it and a little pasta. (See pic of "extra" sauce looking like a bowl of chili) The food tasted good but as mentioned something set my stomach off. They should move to cooking own chicken I

There pizza is usually pretty decent. Well today that changed to terrible. I had a delivery time of 1:38 and then at 1:55 I called to make sure everything was okay. They said there driver just left and would be here soon. I love maybe 7 minutes from the store. Well finally after another 35 minutes the pizza and wings finally got here. The pizza crust is hard as a rock, cheese and sauce both cold. It was all cooked almost an hour ago! This is extremely disappointing because I like to order from them. This will be my last time paying $40 for pizza and wings and then waiting an hour and a half for

We have been doing take out from here for the past year. Food has always been delicious and our orders have been correct. Recently tried to see if delivery was an option to our home. Surprisingly enough they delivered to us 5.2 miles away. Our order arrived hotter than when we picked it up ourselves. Definitely our go to pizza and sub place now. Our last order was prepared and out for delivery in 15 minutes. Arrived to us in less than 40 minutes from time of order. Our local pizza place that is 2.4 miles away would routinely mess up our order. Delivery times were over an hour and a half more often

My wife and I went to this establishment today and it was very good. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and was very attentive from the time we got there to the time we left. They took our order and got right to work I ordered a American mix some and my wife were ordered and Italian mix sub. The subs were simply Delicious it came on a bread that was harder on the outside but very soft and delicious on the inside it was very very good. We both decided that we would definitely try this again and it also came with a small container of antipasto salad with it on the side. Overall we were

Consistently delicious!
I order 2-5 pizzas at a time —and several times a year — for various events at my small business. Not only do my clients always rave about the amazing tasting pizza, but the delivery is always prompt and the service exceptionally professional and friendly!
Five stars for sure! Wish I could give Primo six ;)

Ordered take-out lasagna with meat (sausage and ground beef). I was very happy because if was better than I expected! I too am a city girl and I'm used to Brooklyn/Queens Italian food. This rivals any good place in the 5 boroughs. The sauce was sweet but absolutely fresh and definitely home made. Plenty of cheese and a nice mix of spices, not "over oreganoed" as some dishes are in other restaurants. I have not ventured into pizza yet but will try it based on this good experience. 4 stars so far!

Had a horrible experience today! Picked up 2 pizzas and a double order of onion rings. When I picked it up I was told the cheese pizza got a little "crispy" and our meatball pizza was fine, that they would drive a pizza out to us. I get home and both pizzas are burnt. Onion rings are burnt, when we call to complain we were told that they are short staffed.... I saw a ton of people there, they weren't short staffed. So now we wait for 2 new pizzas with kids complaining they are hungry...

We've ordered from Primo a few handfuls of times over the past couple years, didn't think to review until our most recent order yesterday. There was nothing specifically negative or positive about this most recent trip, just a trigger that I should probably express my appreciation for the place. This is our go to when getting a cheese or pepperoni pizza. The more you add on topping-wise the riskier it will be for integrity of the slice of course. I have had instances where I felt the pizza was a little under-done for my taste, so I've gotten in the habit of usually ordering well

I'm not really sure this place deserves 3 stars because they are very inconsistent with their food. I've ordered salads, mozzarella sticks, wings, pasta dinners and pizza at one time or another. Sometimes the food is really great but other times it's as if it were made at a completely different restaurant, and it is horrible! Sometimes the alfredo pasta is creamy and perfect while other times they put way too much garlic on it. Their wings sometimes have a great tasting, thick sauce that covers the entiretyc of the meat, but more often than not, you get a styrofoam container with

Dinners are decent and have huge portions. The pizza OK...Often inconsistent. I've had it where the cheese was barely melted and other times where it's almost burnt.
Staff, including the owner apparently have no clue of the specials on their website and will tell you no such special exists all while being rude.
There are other choices near by. Stick with Caputo's.

We ordered here last night and it's easy to say the pizza was mediocre at best. At first look it looked great! Tons of toppings, very yummy looking. But the crust was too thin, and got soggy, all of my toppings slid off, it seemed like there was no sauce, and there was way too much cheese.
All in all, there are plenty of pizza places around, so we'll probably try somewhere else next time.

We order delivery from this Primo location on a regular basis. I cannot say enough good... friendly service when we call, large portions of very good Italian food, Pizza, etc. delivered pretty quickly. Prices are very reasonable and there are always leftovers. Last meal was Eggplant Parm., Baked Ziti and spaghetti with meatballs. Mario Battali does not do the cooking here, but to my knowledge he doesn't deliver in Saratoga Springs either... so for the price, we love Primo. This is a local business that is worth supporting.

Growing up in NYC has made me a pizza snob, so 3 stars for Primo is actually better than most pizza spots in this area. If I'm going to have a slice of regular pizza, I would choose Primo over any other self-proclaimed pizza joint north of Saratoga.
I generally do larger orders with Primo - back in September I ordered 5 or 6 pizzas and 100 wings (a mix of Buffalo and BBQ) - delivered to my house for a surprise birthday party that I was hosting. Everyone really enjoyed the pizza and raved about the wings.
So, yesterday on a whim, I brought 2 large cheese pizzas and 50 (medium buffalo) wings

Not terrible, but certainly not impressive.
Basic pizza with almost spaghetti-like sauce and somewhat bland cheese. Their thin crust isn't bad and the bottom of the pie was fine, so at least they keep their ovens clean. Their prices are a bit steep in my opinion, especially for the level of quality you're getting.
