SaraBella Pizza

Well love this pizza but they now refuse to deliver to my house 4.4 miles away. I guess they no longer want my business!! Problem solved. Got a call from the owner and it was just a training issue. Will be ordering soon. Thanks for letting me know!!

Cool place if you want to wait an hour and half for pizza delivery 1/2mile down the road. Your better off picking up or getting delivery from Sweet Willys. At least they are timely. When the pizza did show up it was lukewarm like it sat there for 45min. Sometimes the place is good and sometimes it's this. Ugh.

Soooo! The last few weeks we have been faithfully ordering from this place! The food has been getting delivered. (Many times within two months) Today overwhelmed employee decides they don't deliver here! Nice way to treat faithful customers! AKA former customer. Don't bother unless you like the rudness!

Did not listen to order told them light sauce n they gave me extra sauce totally didn’t listen also pizza was burned

The order was right on time, both guys were courteous & Sweet. I'm not from the area (Buffalo) & REALLY wanted some good wings. The canolli and arancini were Amazing as well. Great option for me to have a cheat meal!

Your pizza is always the best, it's my sons favorite. I must say tonight I was particularly blown away with the fact that when I ordered for delivery your delivery driver heard our dogs barking and he reached into his pocket and handed me treats for them!!!! The kindness most simple gesture and it made my day. As always dinner was great and my dogs were very happy with their treats.

The service was excellent here! Called Sunday evening for a pizza, specifically half cheese half sausage peppers and onions, and an 10 hot wings extra crispy. As per usual, the food came out just as I asked for. A gentleman named Danny took my order over the phone and was very friendly, as well as the deliver driver. Would certainly recommend to others, 10/10.

Ordered a big game special. The pizza was ok. Had hardly any sauce on it and the sauce that was on it had no taste maybe because it was so little.

The wings had hardly any sauce on it at all and the sauce that was there was all sitting at the bottom. We got 30 wings and there was like no sauce.

The girl who checked me out took multiple phones calls while having me just wait there. She took an extra 4 of them after I walked in. Not professional at all. I sat there for 8 minutes while she waited on the phone call customers that called after me.

I've been here a couple of times now and I'm always left feeling unsatisfied. When I crave a pizza, I want it to hit the spot. When I order from here, I don't get that feeling. Mainly because there is little flavor. The ingredients they use taste cheap and sometimes even stale. I ordered A margarita pizza and got unripe tomatoes over shredded mozzarella instead of fresh REAL mozzarella. It was some cheap American interpretation of a margarita pizza. And No basil either. It sucks because this is right near my house but there are others that hit that spot. Seems like they need to refresh

I really tried to like Sara Bella because of the good reviews, but each time I ordered from there I was left disappointed. Tonight I ordered 10 wings medium & a chicken parm dinner. The wings were undercooked & had practically no crisp. The medium sauce they were tossed in had no flavor, no level of spice, & was mostly grease. It was like eating wings tossed in grease. I've had much better wings from pizza establishments in Colonie (that charge less). The chicken parm dinner was essentially 3 chicken tenderloins, over ziti. It did come with bread & salad which was nice. But

First time trying this place, heard great things from other people. Placed order via an app and called to confirm. Woman who answered was super nice. Food was delivered on time and was hot. Food looked ok but had little flavor. I got fried items they were clearly straight from freezer so just bread crumb flavor. Pizza crust just meh and even though we go a ton of toppings- no flavor - not even salty.

We ate a little and threw the rest out.

I might try these guys again becuase the service was good- maybe just an off night for food.

I ordered just a chicken sandwich for delivery. It was outstanding. And yes, you can screw up a sandwich. It was fresh and hot. Driver was great.

We love SaraBella! I love how they already have your info confirmed when you call in! They food always comes pretty quick and hot! My husband loves the square pizza and I love the classic round, so we have to switch every time but it is always good! I love the honey bbq boneless wings they are amazing! Last time, I got chicken Parm, soooo cheesy! It came with a fresh salad I had for 2 days!

Absolutely amazing pizza. We're from out of town and decided to get some pizza for lunch. We got half Margherita and half buffalo chicken with pineapple and ricotta. The people were extremely friendly and gave us advice on what was in the area to explore. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to get some good quality pizza.

I have passed SaraBella a million times. Across from my old high school, on my way home from work, its been there my whole life so I figured it should be good, right?

We ordered a plain cheese pizza. it looked good visually, the crust was pretty good. The sauce was not very good, others say it just tastes like dried herbs, yeah, that is accurate. I didn't hate it, it was worth a try.

My main reason for not wanting to review here, was that about 2 hours after I had twice slices, my stomach turned. Something about it made me not feel right and I would not order it again.

While on business in Albany I did not want to leave my hotel room for dinner so I had pizza delivered. This was an awesome meal!! I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza and added jalepenos and bacon. I chose the garlic sauce which was a bit overpowering but still good. The hot wings were Excellent!! My food was delivered in less than the 45 minutes advised. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!

I had forgotten all about this place until my wife ordered a Hawaiian pizza this past weekend. The toppings were plentiful and tasty, but the crust again had no salt or flavor whatsoever and the sauce tasted like nothing except dried herbs. The last time we ordered from here, my two big impressions were that the crust was flavorless and the sauce tasted like nothing but dried herbs. Without remembering my previous review, I commented to my wife the exact same issues after eating this again. Apparently, our first pizza wasn't a fluke and this is their normal practice. Average at best.

SaraBellas Gluten Free Crust is amazing! If you are looking to reduce your gluten intake this is the pizza to have for sure! As always those of us with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment as with eating out anywhere.
So very yummy! 5 stars for life! Thanks for being the best even for those of us that can no longer have the normal pizza.

I don't eat italian out very much because usually restaurant sauces are too sweet or bland. SaraBella didnt disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed shells with meatballs--it is enough for two meals for me--especially when I have to have a slice of the pizza as well. ;) I like thin crust--the crust is a little thicker but well made. (If you prefer, They do make a pizza with an even thicker crust) Again, great sauce and I loved the thinly cut sausage.
The place is small but we always get take out. The people are very friendly. and accomodating. I am looking forward to trying a few more

Wow. Long time since I have eaten here. Such a horrible disappointment. I was craving wood fire pizza. Fond memories of The Fireside in Schenectady. Well, I ordered online. Great and easy website!
Pizza is heavy, dense, and looks frozen. I ordered extra crispy. No bubbles in the crust. No char. No flavor. The cheese doesn't pull.
The wings were ok.
Scratch this off the list of old time favorite classic places
