GSE went over and above with a snowblower warranty. I purchased a briggs & stratton snowblower online from someone other than GSE. It arrived with a broken part. GSE is an authorized briggs and stratton dealer. They spent an hour contacting several suppliers in an effort to obtain the replacement part--even though the snowblower wasn't purchased there. Most retailers wouldn't make that effort...kudos to GSE for excellent customer service!

*Update: though the issue isn't fixed the company is reaching out and following up. I will continue to work with them for now and see what solution we can come to. The original review states $60 for a spark plug replacement (parts and labor) but according to the company it includes other diagnostic steps that weren't listed out in the invoice such as fuel line and carb inspections. I've upped the rating from the initial review.

I took my older snowblower to the shop assuming that it was going to be a better option to replace it then spend a couple hundred fixing it. One of their sharp reps was able to look at it in the back of my truck and within one minute he was able to suggest a couple minor part replacement/fixes. He even did a quick curbside install for me. That quick install obviously shouldn’t be expected, but they have all my small engine business going forward.

Voted #1 in the Omaha metro area for a reason, this small, but busy, shop located along Highway 6 in Gretna is ready to repair, sell you parts, or assist you buy a new mower if needed. Their reasonably priced services include picking up and/or delivering a mower to your residence.
The Jedi repair staff skillfully repaired a leaking seal in our mower recently to allow us to complete our 2020 mowing season. Well done!
