At Ty's Outdoor Power, we do routine tune-ups which include changing oil and air filters when needed, scraping under the decks, reapplying grease in needed areas, complete with an entire maintenance of belts, pulleys and spindles.

With the snow last weekend I was able to use my new Toro Power Clear 821QZE and let me tell you it was awesome. It was so much faster, more powerful, & easier to use than my old 2 stage.
I’ve always heard great things about Ty’s and they were all true. I told them what I wanted & needed then they delivered exactly what I asked for & then some. My driveway is huge, & this thing is powerful & really throws the snow. I wasn’t sure about “aim snow Go” feature but so glad Ty’s suggested it. Super easy & smooth to use. Did my drive in half the time with a better result.

Had a plow installed on my truck, they quickly took my money and sent me out the door. Get in my truck and didn't even make it out of the parking lot and heard a noise. Bumper rubbing on my passenger side tire... Bumper had a big gap on the passenger side that wasn't there before and my tires never rubbed before taking it into them. Long story short if you want to pay someone for a bang up job to install a plow on your $60,000 truck and also pay them $1000 to call you a liar basically... Go see Ty

I needed a number of parts for my ten year old Craftsman yard tractor. I did not know if they would be able to help as it wasn't a brand they sold. They took the time to cross reference with Husquvarna and they managed to find all the parts I needed. They did an outstanding job and were very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts for their lawn and garden equipment.

Friendly and competent. I've bought a couple of Stihl trimmer here over the last 15 years. I've also bought parts here and had a trimmer serviced here. Prices and labor are fair. No surprises. They told me if my repairs were going to cost more than 50% of what it would cost to just replace the item with a new one then they'd let me know. It's probably geared more toward the commercial and agricultural crowd, but don't let that intimidate you from shopping here for your residential needs.

Ty's Outdoor Power & Service is fantastic. Been going here for years for my lawn mower tuneups and repair jobs. (Well it used to be called Pruitt, but the whole operation seems to be much the same.)
Just drop off your mower and they'll give you a call in a day or three and let you know what needs to be done. If you accept, they'll fix up your machine and tell you when it's ready for pickup. They seem to get plenty of work, so give it at least a week until the job is finished.
Staff are polite and friendly and the work they do is top-notch. They'll gave my Lawn Boy

We bought a electric start toro electric start your own walking pace lawn mower. I never knew how hard my last one was to use till we bought this one. I did not realize that when it died on very long grass that I had to start it again on concrete or by raising it up a little on it's back wheels. I blew the fuse. They were at my house by Burke High School within a half an hour to change the fuse for me. Very pleased with the product and the service.

Professional, knowledgeable and helpful are just a few words to describe Pruitt. As mentioned in another review, the staff greets you upon entry. This is a local, independent business and they don't lose their focus on customer service. When I bought my snow blower here, they didn't try and sell me the most expensive one. I told the guy my budget. Turns out the one I was interested in was more expensive than the less expensive one he recommended.
