Jarrod was a university executive who used to build custom motorcycles to keep his sanity. Now he is following his passion and immersed in building Havoc Motorcycles into a great international company. Most of all, he loves helping customers to achieve their dream of owning a one of a kind motorcycle.
We are registered with Transport Canada to affix the National Safety Mark under the stringent Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS). We have undertaken a comprehensive program of testing of our motorcycles, both internally, and at a third-party engineering test facility. Our models have their own 17 digit VIN numbers with our recognized manufacturer code, which makes it easy to register our motorcycles in your Province of residence.

I have been dealing with Jarrod for about a year on my project and have bought handlebars, stereo, speakers, bad dad rear summit kit. Every dealing with Jarrod has been great goes above and beyond to help you out. I wish there were more places like Havoc to deal with. Fantastic customer service from Jarrod!! I'm building a custom chopper for the first time and have ordered all of my major components (engine, transmission, primary, front end, wheel package, brakes...) with Havoc over the past few years. As I was very unsure of what parts I needed Jarrod was great at holding my hand through the process and keeping me updated on my orders. His knowledge and customer service has always been excellent. Ordered my stereo/speaker bundle on the Monday the 29th of November. Received a call shortly after saying some components were on back order. Thought I’d have to wait, but they just substituted the missing component with an upgraded one. The parts were shipped and I received them two days later. Wanted to upgrade the looks of my street glide. looked around for comparable packages. nothing else out there in the same range. made my order and had a response right away to confirm my order and what i needed. delivery was within in the time they said. i think even a day early. packaging was great no issues. i order lots online and have had some horror stories regarding orders and the packaging. product looks great and happy to upgrade the rubber too. everything about this order was satisfying. highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some custom action on their bike. thanks guys and keep

Ordered my Ultima Fat spoke wheels from them . I was dealing with Jarrod at Havoc . Communication was great, he is very friendly and very knowledgeable . From the outset, I was advised that the rear was on backorder so they sent me the front , with the tire, and rotor already installed and balanced . It arrived very quickly and shipping was included. After installing it , I went out for about one hour to test it . There was absolutely no vibration and it tracked perfectly even at speeds that I do not care to write about. I would definitely recommend them and will be purchasing from them again soon

I needed parts for my Harley ultra limited and what I got was way more. I wanted to change my wheels and their size along with a stock to stretched look. Jarrod not only was informative but went way beyond what he needed to do and got me all the parts and answers I needed. Believe me some of my inquiries where lofty at best.
