Girls will work to perfect bars, beam, tumbling, vault and trampoline skills. Ninja Zone is a skill-based, fast-paced program that combines obstacle courses to develop strength and speed, tumbling, and 'ninja' style moves just like what you see in a videos. Perfect for boys on energy overload! The sport of Ninja is. To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth.

To develop fun-loving, confident caring individuals who are prepared for a lifetime of fitness. To effectively take our World-class approach to learning, that has been successful in both the Junior Olympic and International Elite levels of competition and athlete development, and extrapolate it throughout our entire program.
Started in 1979, IGI quickly outgrew its first location in Westmont and moved to Elmhurst. After continuing to grow, competing Nationally and Internationally, we found it necessary to move again as our training and program needs changed. In Addison, we were able to continue our success, faithfully serving the community.
Since the day IGI started, we have been committed to top-notch gymnastics performance in all levels of training and competition. Over the course of the past 30 years, more than 98% of all IGI athletes who have graduated from our program have received NCAA full-tuition scholarships for gymnastics. Each year, dozens of college coaches infiltrate our walls to get a shot at some of the best gymnasts in the country.
In November of 2001, IGI moved into its current home in Westmont, IL. It is one of the largest training facilities in both Illinois and the US, and is currently the home to programs including Gymnastics, Ninja Zone, Tumbling, Trampoline, and Cheer leading instruction. In 2018 IGI added our West Gym which has 2 more spring floors.
