Services
Our coaching staff is dedication to the safe growth and development of teaching gymnastics. Our view of having fun is to inspire learning and achieving in a positive, challenging, and competitive environment. Our main emphasis is on strength training and conditioning, which is a vital part of safety and success in this sport.
This class is 45 minutes long and meets once a week. It is the first gymnastics class offered for preschoolers age 18-36 months. This class offers parent participation to assist the student with the "hands on" aspect of the class and familiarize them with their surroundings/structure of the class. The goal of the Parent-tot class is to prepare each child for our "non-parental" age appropriate classes; "I'm Big 2!" or "Free 2 B 3!"

Well, we've got the fit for your kids! Classes encompass MANY aspects of physical fitness needed to learn to flip and twist with agility and ease!
At NGC, our Recreational Tumbling Classes are largely based on GYMNASTICS & CHEERLEADING techniques and are a great addition to any gymnast, dancer, cheerleader or ninja's current classes or program. In our 4 tier program ranging from Level 1-4, students begin with the basics and advance in the levels by progression of skills at each level's curriculum.
Cheer Classes: Classes are 1.0 or 1 hours in length and meet once a week. Classes are open to children from age 5-16. They are amongst our most popular specialty classes, providing athletes the knowledge and means to enter our competitive program when desired! Accommodating a ratio of up to 10 to 1, this class will challenge and motivate girls or boys to become more involved in the sport of Cheer.

I considered it "inappropriate touching" from the older male instructor. I immediately quit despite already paid up for the month. Naperville park district knows how to handle a child with energy and they have more instructors per children - I consider what he did was inappropriate and it was correct for my child to scream for her Daddy. Where did the girl instructors go? This guy - no good!

Very few gymnastics facilities offer adults the opportunity to learn or practice gymnastics. Yearning to take gymnastics for many, many years, I finally discovered that I could start this new endeavor at 54 years old. Almost 59, I still am excited to attend classes at Naperville Gymnastics. The personalized coaching and encouragement from the staff and the other students fuel this journey. I have gotten in great shape and enjoy tumbling and learning skills on the bars, beam, and trampoline. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Apparently, Naperville Gymnastics can and does! **I wanted to update since I wrote this last. Since last year we have moved to a new, awesome I will add, location (half of sky high). I love the open garage doors whenever the weather is nice out. My daughter is now level 3 training and we would not pick anywhere else.
***covid concerns? NONE! The way Naperville Gymnastics has handled this year has been nothing short of phenomenal! When they opened back up in June they had everything in place and ready to go. Strict rules on if you went on vacation, temp taking, hand washing

My daughter has been going to NGC since she was 1 and has loved it since. She started in the parent tot class with Coach Luna who is amazing with children. Since then she has had two other coaches, coach Jenny and coach Carter. She has also had to schedule a couple of make up classes with other coaches like coach KJ and coach Destiny and have also interacted with other coaches and they are amazing to say the least! She is now 4 years old, she is in Jo Mites with coach Carter who is also amazing! He is passionate about coaching and has A LOT of patience with the girls! She has been with coach Carter

We took one trial class for my daughter and though we were not very impressed by the Gymnastic amenities and mainly by the teacher as the teacher was focusing on couple of students a lot and rest students including my daughter was not paid attention in the same way. Still we thought, as this center is close to our apartment, we can go for this academy but with different teacher. During this time due to my personal reasons, I decided to start the classes after two weeks of the trial class. When my wife called to confirm regarding the admission after two weeks, the owner picked the call and talked

I would highly recommend NGC for anyone! I have 2 daughters on team and the coaching staff at NGC is amazing. They are very supportive of all gymnasts and encourage them to do their best. They never make them train if they are injured, but modify their assignments. I have never seen my daughter happier than she is at NGC!!

Great place for my daughter's gymnastics and son's classes from Gymnastics to Ninja and even tumbling. Been customers for over 5 years at their previous and current location. Love and appreciate the family environment of the business. They have been in business for over 25 years which says a lot. They've stood the test of the time, are successful and I'm pretty sure they have the largest and highest quality training facilities in the state. I was appalled to find that one of their part time staff attempting to open their own business and plagiarize NGC from photos of the facility to the content

My daughter has been attending NGC since she was 18 months old. She is now 4 and is still loving it. The coaches have been nothing but wonderful with her. The staff always tries to work with me on timing, make ups, session times, etc. The family open gym sessions are a blast. The new gym is bigger, better, and has more of the younger children equipment up close to the windows for parental viewing. I also take the adults tumbling class and have had a wonderful time. We will be sticking with NGC for a long time to come.
