I want to highly recommend “Lorenzana Periodontics” for anyone needing specialized dental needs. I had a tooth extraction and started the beginning phase of a dental implant procedure. Dr. Lorenzana is an excellent oral surgeon. His staff is amazing too. I had a subepithelia connectivity tissue procedure and was painless and everything is going as planned. I am on my recovery phase and will update my review once I finish my treatment. I want to thank Dr. Lorenzana and his staff for such a great work and they make you feel welcome. Dr. Lorenzana speak Spanish fluently which is really nice for me. I absolutely recommend Dr. Lorenzana. I went to two other periodontist but Dr. Lorenzana just stands out because he really cares for his patients.

Dr. Lorenzana is a amazing oral surgeon. He is an artist with his work. When he shows you pictures you will see it. The staff is exceptionally nice. I had an implant placed so its a 10-12 month procedure and every visit everyone is so nice and pleasant. They even have blankets if your cold. Back in July of 2020 I was told by my dentist I had a cracked tooth. Because I am the very nervous and anxious type who hates even the thought of what most people consider to be small and non-evasive medical procedures, I told my dentist I needed to get a second opinion. One of the worst visits my wife has ever had. To make a person feel bad and question them especially staff is unprofessional. I know it was the last visit but you should treat all patients the same. Then examining a patients mouth and ruling out if they are bulimic. When asked about sedation for a procedure that is invasive and you say oral meds and not use sedation is nonsense. Being professional especially if your a professional is the standard and not sway in any matter. Staff should not treat anyone like they are bad people. Dr. Lorenzana and his team were amazing! The office atmosphere was relaxing and very comfortable. Dr. Lorenzana’s team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Lorenzana is good. However, if I or anyone I know, ever needs to go back, I highly recommend getting an itemized list with related costs for any and all possible procedures. I paid roughly $1000 prior to the procedure, thinking I had paid in full. Several months later I received a bill for an additional $1400, with no itemization, no notes. After hours of looking in to this and talking to both the office staff and insurance, I was able to collect the itemized costs and what insurance paid. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of care and service Dr. Lorenzana and his staff provided. I went in for gingival grafts of three teeth and was really nervous. He did a great job and made it a comfortable experience. They really raised the bar for other medical providers. I would 100% recommend Dr. Lorenzana.

This office has a serious problem scheduling appointments. I have had 3 appointments in the last 9 months and I am not seen until 20-25 minutes late to EVERY ONE OF THEM. This is unacceptable to me. If I were 20-25 minutes late to work, my boss would fire me. The staff needs to be trained on how long procedures will take so that they do not overbook and make patients wait. I will NOT be returning to this office.

My experince with Dr Lorenzana has been a great one. I showed up on his doorstep after my regular dentist referred me because of pain that he was not sure about what was happening. Dr Lorenzana saw me right away, made his diagnosis and recommendations. Within a few weeks he did some procedures that has made my pain go away .
