I recently had a great experience at South Texas Periodontal Associates! I split one of my molars vertically causing an abscess and great pain and I was referred to them from my regular dentist. Dr. Duong's staff immediately set up and appointment, fully explaining to me in a personable and professional manner all of the procedures and costs of various treatment plans/procedures. On arrival I was greeted cheerfully and seen immediately for the work up and consultation. My extraction was as planned without complications and the post extraction care is great! Highly recommend!!

The professionalism and courteousness is unbelievably superb. And, don’t worry, if you happen to be insecure or worried about your visit, everyone makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe with their smiles and genuine laughs. They also provide knowledge on their doctors, procedures and office, and do not hesitate to answer any further questions you might have on any particular concern. Every time I go, the staff has always remained cheerful, regardless of the COVID pandemic or any other hardships. You are also seen and taken care of promptly upon arrival. There truly is no other office

Dr Duong and her team are AMAZING! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for appts. EVERY PERSON on her team is so nice, upbeat, welcoming, and professional. These ladies ROCK! ♥ They laid out a clear plan for the procedure I needed, including all of the visits it would take and the costs including what insurance covered and what my part would be...there have been no surprises. Dr Doung is so kind! And the best part? I barely felt any of the shots she had to give me!!! Best "shot giver" EVER!!! :)

Dr. Duong and her entire office staff provided an exceptional experience for my gum grafting procedure. Each office visit was swift and easy (hardly any waiting time). From the consultation, to the final check-up, I felt well taken care of by her and the team. Her staff is very friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. Dr. Duong also has a great bedside manner. Very pleasant experience; starting with the receptionist, assistances and doctor. Received great service and was treated as if I was one on the crew. Loved it. The procedure i received was explained in detail and all went as stated. After procedure Dentist called personally to check on my status.
