I have been to many dentists in my life, but none could possibly match up to Dr. McCreary and his entire staff! He is so very patient and talks with his patients honestly and openly. As a dentist, I find the greatest reward in knowing that my patients feel comfortable and trust coming to me for their oral health needs. Many patients are fearful of dental treatment, and it is satisfying to know that I can alleviate those fears and provide exceptional care. My patients and I have wonderful relationships, and we are often joking around and sharing our favorite moments in life.
I have had only one other dentist who, with his staff, provide an atmosphere of a family for my visits. Somehow, the discomfort of going to the dentist fades in this office where everyone seems to be concerned with your dental care and with you as an individual. The work I have had done has resulted in top-notch repair.

I honestly feel in love with this dentist office upon my first visit. Everyone, was so nice, welcoming and friendly. The office was so clean. However, I noticed that my procedures seemed to be rushed and every time I got some dental work done, it lead to me having to get more work done. This was the same way with my son.

Today was my first ever visit to this office and it will be my last. At a time when local Covid cases are at an ALL-TIME high, Dr. McCreary's staff aren't all wearing masks.
He told me, "It's been two years of… pandemic and they're all vaccinated."
He said that like everybody is sick of the pandemic and we just need to move on! What?!? Yes, (nearly) two years of time we could have all been masking and maybe shortening this horrific experience.

This practice is hands down THE very best in Pensacola. Trust me I've done the legwork and had just about given up on finding a practice like the one at McCreary Dentistry. I left a message asking for someone to call back to schedule a new patient appointment. Within just a few minutes the lovely and talented Samantha called me to do just that. I explained I am slightly dental phobic and she was happy to listen to me and then explain their philosophy for people in my situation. Got a next day appointment as someone cancelled while we were speaking! Today I encountered Christina who kept me laughing

Well I can 100% say this place flat out lies to its potential patients. They say that you absolutely have to get a full set of x rays everytime you get your teeth cleaned, because " its the LAW in Florida !" Well, I actually am very familiar with the law so I mentioned the exact law they were referring to which absolutely does NOT say you have to get x rays before every teeth cleaning! I actually felt threatened when this 6'3"+ dentist loomed over me in a threatening manner and said loudly while pointing to the lobby "I want you to walk as fast as you can out of my office!". I'm still shaking. Here's the story: Last night while eating a snack of craisons, an old gold crown came off a molar. Looked up dentists near me on Google and picked the nearest office with mostly 5 star reviews. As a traveler, it's what I do when I need professional help with my body or my vehicles. The receptionist quoted $100 for an xray and another $100 for regluing

This entire office is wonderful. From the front desk, where I was greeted as I entered, to the dental tech who got me ready to be seen by Dr. McCreary, the dental hygienist who gave my teeth a wonderful cleaning, and finally, the big boss man- Dr. McCreary, himself. The wonderful attitude displayed in the office trickles down from the top and… affects each employee. I haven't met an unkind person in this office. Each one is genuinely concerned with my comfort and well being. I am so glad that Dr. McCreary and his staff are a part of my healthcare team. I am so blessed by their care.

Clean, nice office with friendly staff and exceptional service! I am new to Pensacola and didn't know where to go for a place that would accept Tricare. I was doing a Google search and happened upon this place. I've had my fair share of dental work over the years and the dental assistants that clean my teeth always seem rude and cranky and don't care if they jab you hard with their utensils. The woman who cleaned my teeth here did an excellent job and was very careful to be as gentle as she could. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
