Eric is the best! He renovated our pool that had not been touched since 1960. He and his crew replastered, replumbed (including adding a return, an autofill and a dedicated vacuum suction line), added a new bench and replaced the tile and the coping. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and he knew exactly how to do everything that needed to be done while staying within my budget. The work was all done quickly and to code (he dealt with all the permitting) and he personally oversaw everything. But most importantly he's super honest and straightforward. I couldn't be happier with the end result

I called Eric in need of service for algae, he responded within the hour and visited our home the same day. He corrected the issue and did a full filter cleaning and offered guidance on caring for the pool. He returned the next day to follow up and confirm the algae issue was resolved. Due to Covid 19 we are on a budget but are considering the company for regular service in the future. For now we are grateful we have a go to pool expert company That is knowledgeable, responsive, and offers fair pricing.

We recently had Eric take over maintenance of our pool after the previous guy just let everything fall apart -- a broken filter basket, a missing skimmer guard, a loose filter cover at the bottom of the pool. Eric fixed all of the issues, and did a great job scrubbing the pool -- it looks amazing now! He also took apart the filter pump and cleaned it, so now it's running much more quietly. Can't believe what a difference he has made!

Ramon and his team did a great job replastering our pool. It looks great!
I also hired Ramon to replace all our tiles after another contractor (who was supposed to replace only the pool deck), Sands Decorative Concrete, demolished our pool coping and tiles. I should have hired Perez to do the the pool deck as well. Outstanding and meticulous attention to detail!

Couple of months ago we had a huge problem.
Black algae had grown back on our pool walls.
Our pool service had claimed they removed it.
However they'd only gotten some of it - not all.
We were very frustrated so I called Eric Perez.
Eric came out and proposed a resolution asap.
They treated the water, then scrubbed all walls
repeatedly over several days then tested water.
Problem was fully resolved in about two weeks.
Additionally, Eric helped to troubleshoot a pool
lighting issue to make all lights work effectively,
re-piped pump-to-heater

Eric was incredibly professional and did a great job draining and cleaning our fountain and pond. He came by to give an estimate within a couple days of reaching out to him, and was then able to fit in the job a couple days later. He was super prompt and knowledgeable, and we will be sure to call him again for our fountain maintenance.
