matt is a real pro - knowledgeable, on time, friendly, fast and thorough. i had a time crunch and he kindly adjusted his service schedule to meet our needs. he answered all of my questions - even the stupid ones :) i'll 100% call him again.

I can’t recommend Matt and Pool Pros enough. Pool Pros handle our regular maintenance and we also used them this week to re-tile our waterline. The price was competitive and the quality of work was excellent. Matt is incredibly responsive, personable and professional. I trust him and his work.

Most of all, Matt and Cesar are just really kind people.
We had them come out for a startup consultation. Even over the phone, I could tell Matt had great expertise and I felt comfortable asking questions. We had consultations with a couple of other companies and we were not confident they could do as good a job. Cesar didn't rush the startup which is better for the plaster/mini

Highly suggested!!! Matt was a superstar! Our current pool service has no pride in their work, the pool would get funky the day after service and never looked sparkling clean. I called Matt to troubleshoot and he came through for us on short notice, on a Sunday, in time to make the swamp look clean enough for a photo shoot. Thanks, Matt. Perfection.

I'm a first-time pool owner and definitely needed a crash course (splash course?) on pool maintenance and how all the components worked. Matt came out and went through my entire Jandy system and was very patient with all my questions and noob status. I recently booked him a second time for an air filter service. About five minutes before closing on Saturday night I called them to see if there was any way they could help us out. Our pool heater had been broken for two weeks and our normal pool repair man kept pushing off the fix. Matt was able to come out the next day even though they aren't open Sundays, after hearing how we normally use the pool daily and hadn't been able to since the 50 degree water would freeze the kids. Matt and his team saved our pool! After a disaster with a different maintenance company, Matt acid washed terrible staining off the plaster, saving us from having to replaster the entire pool. We now have his team performing the regular maintenance and they are professional, responsive and thorough. Strongly recommended for any pool needs!

Found Pool Pros on Yelp and so glad I did. Matt came to see our new pool plaster installation as we were looking for a pool start-up service. Turns out Matt was very informed about pool equipment and plumbing issues so he could honestly advise us on new equipment and clean up the mess from the previous pool guys. Decided to hire his company to do our pool cleaning and help manage our ongoing leaks from the old pool plumbing.

We recently had a pool put in and hired Pool Pros to do the start up and weekly maintenance. Matt, the owner, is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. There have been a few instances when I have had issues with the new pool and have not been able to reach my pool contractor. Matt stepped in and helped to resolve the issues even though it was not his responsibility. He always goes out of his way to help! I highly recommend Pool Pros!
