The rental staff Caribbean Beach Properties made us feel like we were family. The rental was fast and easy to book. Roger took care of all the details and arriving in a clean gorgeous condo definitely started our vacation off on the right foot. We were thrilled that the condo had everything we needed, right down to the last detail. Being able to stroll down to the beach from our room with a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset, made it that much more special.

Had a great time and the service was great from Rentals Your Way. Sarai and Noemi did their best to make us happy. We ordered our food and tequila, beer, wine, foods ready for consuption the minute we arrived in the room. The front desk staff was good too. Right up the block a hole in the wall we had great tacos for two for under $10 bucks see picture attached. Also wonderful breakfast from a Brazilian native right next to the dive shop. Made my reservations for next November, will you do same?

We had a great experience in Cozumel with our family. We stayed at the north end of the island at Puesta del Sol. Unit 2S was perfect for our group of 8. The kids loved the place to snorkel right in front of the condo. There were “noodles” at the condo and we appreciate being able to use them. We went pretty far down following rays and fish. There was so much to see just right there.
The condo was equipped with everything you need. Rentals Your Way sent easy instructions for checking in. The cab was only $3 from the ferry. There is a grill and we used it . The pool is an infinity pool and

This is my second time staying in Surf 401 unit. It has an amazing view and it is in a perfect location. My only issue is that this unit states it has a sofa sleeper in the room and it does. It has an 1 1/2 thick mattress which may work for a small child, but for sure not an adult. My daughter was with me and she add terrible sleeping experience. So plan only having for the one bed to sleep in. I did notify the manager of the complex to ask to buy a blowup mattress with a pump to use along with the tiny mattress. We shared a beautiful condo with our family in Cozumel. It was our first time to visit Mexico and we had a great experience with Rentals Your Way. It was a smooth check in since our instructions were not complicated at all. We stayed at Puesta del Sol, unit 2S and this condo has everything. We all agreed (8 of us) that it was one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. So many towels and the kitchen was complete. There were so many dishes, pots and pans, tea towels, everything for cooking. There is a wonderful grill on the balcony. We grilled chicken for Caesar Salad. Alex from Caribbean Beach

The location of the condo is ideal, it’s in walking distance to the ferry, shops & restaurants. Stunning ocean views, plenty of room for all to relax & unwind, breathtaking sunsets were enjoyed from the balcony & our own private hot tub. The beds were extremely comfy, luxurious toiletries were a real treat. The kitchen was well equipped & beautifully finished. Thank you Rentals Your Way- Our condo in Xaman Ha was perfect for our 2 week stay. The beautiful balcony was lovely to have breakfast and watch the sunrise in the morning or for drinking wine and listening to the waves at night. Condo was clean and furnished with everything you may need. It was a great location, close to good shopping and right by gorgeous beach. Pool area was wonderful. The shallow end was awesome to stay cool while reading my book and perfect for my 1year old niece to play in. We’d stay here again any time!

We loved our stay in this gorgeous Luna Encantada G3 penthouse condo. It's furnishings are pretty and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals -and a dishwasher to make clean-up easy. All the linens are included and I love having a washer/dryer in the condo. Everything is here to feel right at home as soon as you unpack your suitcase and begin your vacation. An added bonus is the free, safe underground parking.

OMG!! We just returned after 7 glorious days here in Cozumel. The condo was way more than expected. EVERYTHING we needed for our vacation. Water was hot and a/c cold. The furnishings were nice and beds comfy. We especially enjoyed snorkeling on our own beach. The condo has a bar next door so even had great on the beach bar service and the restrooms there were super clean. This is our new destination place. Very clean and very safe. VIVA MEXICO!
