Had a great experience at Tom Wood Powersports. I contacted sales in search of a couple youth dirt bikes and to my surprise they had both sizes I needed in stock! My saleswoman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and also very helpful with making sure I did everything on the website that needed to be done prior to my arrival (2.5 hr drive) to help speed up the process. After looking at the bikes and deciding to proceed and purchase them I was then sent to the finance/title person and just as expected, everything went just as smooth. I’ve only been here on one occasion but while in there it was a nice experience. The store is clean, well organized. The staff all seem friendly and eager to help which is great. Only one sales person approached us but quickly left us be when we stated we there for products only. They do not hound you or pressure you into a conversation. That makes me want to eventually purchase a vehicle from them or have them service our Atvs. The whole experience was pleasant and as they say you can only make one first impression.

Excellent service, told them what I needed and they helped me without all the typically pushy sales stuff. They treat you really well and make sure you are taken care of up until your on the road. Best dealership I've ever been to and well worth the 2 and a half hour drive for me.

Can't rave enough about Chris & Mike from the shop. My 2009 Sportster had been sitting for years before I purchased it. They took the time to make sure everything was in great operational order before I was to ride it. Never made any promises before they knew all of the issues. Always professional and great at returning calls. I HIGHLY recommend them if u need work on any bike. My husband's Suzuki Boulevard was repaired by them as well, and we couldn't be happier! Fair pricing as well!

I have been taking my motorcycles to this location for a few years now. Chris and the staff in the service department are what you would expect at an organization. They are honest, responsive and prompt when answering questions. I just took my 2016 Honda Gold Wing to have my 32,000 service maintenance completed. The mechanic Todd found a few additional issues while performing the work. I was immediately contacted by Chris about the issue and Chris provided me with options and even considered cost to resolve problem.
