Bought a motorcycle from them yesterday. The experience was great. Jesse and Lori were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I came back later that day to buy some armor and the personnel who work in the other departments were wonderful also. Friendly and professional folks all around. Great inventory. I was looking to purchase a Honda ct125 and the entire city had no stock. I called Westfield powersports and spoke with Jesse Johnson. He advised me that they too did not have stock of this model. Jesse went above and beyond, where no other dealership did, by helping me find a surrounding Indiana dealer. Because if his true customer service, I found and purchased the Honda from a dealer in Illinois (WL Powersports)

I got a call that my new tires arrived so I brought the bike into the service center to have the new tires installed and ended up leaving with SCRATCHES on my wheels and to make matters worse the chain tension was set tighter than the factory specs. Never again - I wouldn't let these service technicians work on my lawnmower.

The people here were so helpful! We bought a couple of four wheelers from them at one time. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us. They let us linger in their parking lot for a long while after they closed while we waited on a trailer, the ladies who work there offered to stay to make sure I was safe, AND some of the guys who work there helped us load them up and make sure they fit and were secure in the trailer several hours after they closed and were off work. Such a good experience all around and such nice people!

Not very welcoming or nice, Josh in particular wasn't even replying with more than one sentence in his emails. I asked if they'd be interested in a trade and I got "Unfortunately we are not interested." That's it. Not a hey man or oh we have too many of those or no but if you did x amount. Nothing. My wife even mentioned how before covid when we got another motorcycle they were not that nice in the store. There's better places to give your business.

I contacted Westfield power sports, spoke with Gary in the parts dept to order a gas cap for my husband in the am west coast time.
In the afternoon, it was apparent we would no longer need the part and proceeded to call Gary back to cancel the order. As he informed me my account had been credited, I apologized for the trouble and Gary then said "whatever!" And just hung up on me.
Prior to this incident , I planned in making their website my "go to" for our 3 motorcycles. But after that rudeness I encountered, there are plenty if other websites to purchase from .

Called Westfield Powersports and make an appointment to get my forks on my Gold Wing redone. They said they were 2 weeks out on repairs. So I made the appointment and they also said to bring it in a few days early in case they could get to it sooner. Appointment was for June 24th, 2020, I took it to them June 19th 2020. At $110.00 an hour labor cost and they said 4.50 hours plus parts I thought they would be best to work on my Gold Wing because they would know the Honda best. After expecting to pick it up by the 24th of June at latest, I called them on the 24th in the late afternoon around

I've purchased my last few bikes from Westfield Powersports and they provided good pricing and delivery, and were always happy to follow up on requests after the sale. I've had all my bikes serviced there for many years, and the service department has always completed the service on schedule with no surprises. They've pushed for the manufacturer to cover warranty repairs, and worked with other dealers on issues on my behalf. I plan to continue all my bike purchases and service there.

Bought a new first motorcycle here that, after 6k miles on it, was discovered by another mechanic that the front wheel was on backwards and had been since I bought it. Ive sent it in to the mechanic shop here multiple times and they added extra services to charge me more taking advantage of the fact that I was new and uninformed. At one point I asked for help on wheel alignment and a young guy told me to "put more miles on it" when clearly the front was out of alignment. At the time I didnt know how to fix it and went there the next day and the manager came out to show me how to fix it

Took the family fleet of bicycles in for a tune-up and tighten, etc. Doug was careful to set realistic expectations on turn-around, especially during these very busy summer months. I received a call a bit faster than expected. He helped load and unload the fleet. Prices were fair and the work seemed perfect on my test-ride when I got home. As an extra, Doug was polite and communicated professionally in every way. Located right on the Monon Bike Trail and local, I know I will return for any additional work in the future.

The customer service at Westfield is some of the best I've seen in the industry. Before I was even a customer, I gave them a call about a key I lost for my motorcycle. The rep there (big shoutout to Justin!) actually spent 2 days calling around and doing research on how to get the code for my key, including calling Honda and other dealers. He tracked down the original dealer for my bike and I was able to get the code and get a new key made. I've been there for service and to buy accessories as well and everyone there has been knowledgeable and great to work with.

I have been looking for a new bike for a few years now and after I laid eyes on the Honda Fury, I knew that it was the only bike for me. I have searched and talk to many local dealers and got insanely high prices and almost got to the point of giving up. I did some research and came across Westfield Powersports and thank God I did. This place has the best prices in the Indianapolis area on new bikes. I bought a new leftover 2012 model in 2013 for less than another dealership was trying to sell a used one. The buying experience was very low pressure. I prefer not to be hounded by salespeople when I walk into a dealership. So that works for me. I've also had my bike serviced there on several occasions, including new tires. No issues there. In addition, I've purchased a jacket and gloves I am happy with. A recent trip in had me confront what appeared to be the sales manager. They sent out fliers advertising test rides of a new motorcycle being sold. I went in and presented the flier, talking over the specs and even accessories that can be bought to go with the bike. I heard this shop carried a specific helmet I was looking for so I decided to check it out. First off, I tired to call them multiple times over a span of 2 hours and kept getting a busy signal. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes up there without getting a confirmation. Finally got someone on the phone. Not sure why it took so long.
