1 Brightness: The great thing about plasma is not only that the picture is bright; it is a light emissive device. I needed some help installing an 83" TV and fine tuning my stereo equipment. It's not an easy task anymore to find someone who does that and knows what's they are doing. I had Doc over and he did a great job, he's old school and ready knows his way around stereo equipment. I would highly recommend and If needed I would absolutely call him again

This is the 3rd time we have used Doc for his audio visual expertise. First, he hung our TVs when we first moved to Cypress. He made everything easy, and he was very meticulous.
The second time, we asked him to install our new TV and move other TVs around. Again, we were impressed with his work. His quote was reasonable and accurate. He is a good communicator and arrives on time.
This last time, we had him install a 5.1 sound system. Doc and his worker did a great job installing the speakers This was a more complex job and again, we were very pleased.

We had Billy come out to help move around three tv's to different rooms and install a new sound bar. He arrived exactly when he said he would and the project took a little over 3 hrs. He is a great guy to have working in your home. In our case he went a bit past the time we agreed upon (financially) but finished the job anyway at the price quoted. Billy was meticulous when it came to everything looking perfect & level and that's the main reason I believe the job took longer than expected. In the end everything came out looking great..

Excellent service provided by Billy Greene. I highly recommend him for all your audio and video installations. He expertly ran a concealed set of ethernet lines down a very complicated path, something other contractors were not able to do. Billy's very trustworthy, clean, and professional. I'll keep doing my business with them for all my A/V installation needs.

This is a great service company. Our daughter moved to Houston and tried to hang a 60 in tv by themselves. Big mistake. The tv stopped working and then eventually fell off the wall. Ya. It fell off the wall!
I called AV experts and they helped pick a new tv and installed it perfectly! They let me know how everything was going and their pricing was reasonable.
Lessons learned - 1) don't try and install a tv on the wall by yourself 2) TVs eventually die 3) Call AV experts to help you!

We were told he could fix our convergence problem for 175.00. After sitting in a chair with the remote for 5 minutes trying to adjust the convergence as I had done previously we were told it could not be repaired and the charge was reduced to 150.00 like he was doing us a favor. He has no repair center and had no tools. I cannot speak of any thing else this person does but I would not recommend for tv repair.

Doc Greene calibrated my Panasonic ZT Plasma, with excellent results. He performed a neat and professional job. He came back again because he wasn't satisfied with his results ( even though the TV looked great). This really showed that he is dedicated to all things Home Theater and has a real passion for them. Awesome service, excellent calibration, knowledgeable professional. Doc is also ISF-certified, and can be found on the website.
