Courteous Construction Company Inc (CCCI) is both an engineering and construction firm, and was founded in 1989. We have core expertise in seismic rehabilitation and design/build as well as ADU engineering and construction. Over the years, we have worked on seismic engineering designs and construction for buildings and bridges throughout the State of California.
As it pertains to the safety of California buildings, every epoch has its own focuses. In the 1980s, we performed many seismic retrofits for URM (Un-Reinforced Masonry buildings) and Reinforced Masonry buildings in California counties ranging from Humboldt to San Diego. In the 1990s, we did many of the pre-1976 concrete Tilt-Up retrofits.

Most probably, yes! To know for sure, there are a series of metrics that will be examined as part of our research. Our team of ADU specialists will first start by looking at zoning files, terrain, property records, lot coverage ratios, and visiting the proposed location to ensure it will work! While different cities have different regulations as it relates to ADU size, it may not exceed 1200 sq ft.
ADU's have recently become the talk of the town due to a number of factors. ADU construction is significantly less expensive to build when compared to new home construction. There is no real 'land cost' when it comes to ADU's since they are built on existing residential lots.
ADU's also do not need dedicated parking and do not require the initial costly infrastructure that is necessary in new home building (such as utility lines, extensive grading, and access).While California has outlined state-level allowances and building ordinances, local governments still have a say when it comes to the below conditions.

Mr. Rezazadeh has over three decades of experience in both engineering and construction. Having established Courteous Construction Company Inc in 1989, Medi has since completed millions of square feet of retrofit throughout California. Medi holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
