Benchmark Construction was super responsive and Jason Bliss came out to scope out the project that we had in mind for our kitchen. He listened to our design concepts, the changes we were planning, and gave us quite a bit of practical perspectives. Given our changes were minor, we didn't end up working with Jason on this project, but will absolutely plan to in the future. Despite this, he spent the time to answer all of the questions we had and created a lot of trust (not something you get often between a contractor and home owner). Thanks again Jason for the candid points of view, and we look forward

Jason and his staff are great. Benchmark remodeled our kitchen in about 8 weeks. The renovation was well planned - including subcontractors and the job finished on time. The price we were quote by Jason is exactly what we ended up paying. We recently sold our house & the remodeled kitchen without a doubt is the main reason the house sold in 7 days above asking price. Benchmark is a local honest general contractor that delivers high end work. Would definitely recommend these guys!

We used Benchmark Construction for an office project in July and that went so well that we came to them again for a home project. A pipe underneath our kitchen sink broke and the water leak created bad mold condition. Benchmark Construction responded to our urgent call to come out and identify and stop the leak...and they did a fast and professional job repairing the broken pipe. A mold remediation company had to rip out the cabinetry, countertops and backsplash all along the wall of the sink, requiring us to replace all of this as well as the rest of the kitchen's cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash

I would highly recommend Jason and Benchmark construction team for home construction projects. We had best experience in building out a brand new bathroom for our home. Jason and team took care of everything professionally from working with city in getting permit to providing best design options and excellent project management delivering the bathroom on time. Design and Quality of work has been exceptional. Above all, Benchmark team were very friendly and fun to work with!!
