It's about setting goals and training the mind and body to overcome fear, fatigue and peer pressure to soar to new heights. These are valuable life skills regardless of whether your aspirations are to learn tumbling for fun or make it to the Olympics someday.

Services
GK's gymnastics leotards and apparel come in a variety of styles, colors, embellishment options, and fits. GK also offers exclusive training leotards and apparel collections in partnership with Disney, Olympic champions, and USA Gymnastics. Home gymnastics equipment is great for helping both beginner and advanced gymnasts improve their skills by practicing at home.
Coaches work with parents and/or loved ones, alongside their little ones, developing more the early progressions for gymnastics skills and creating an encouraging social environment. Motor development of active toddler allows them the freedom to explore in new ways as they run, jump and climb. Basic progressive gymnastics is taught in a fun safe atmosphere!
Balance beams, bars, tumbling, flexibility and strength are all taught in a safe and fun class. Coaches prepare gymnast for a higher level of gymnastics with skills and drills used in USA Gymnastics levels 1 and 2. Each gymnast typically does at least 1 year of gymnastics at this level before move up.
The Xcel Program is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. We are participating in a winter coat drive to benefit vulnerable families and patients at the Virginia Hospital Center.
Preteam is an invite only developmental group offered at Dynamic Gymnastics. It serves as the step in between recreational classes and competitive team, and offers a more rigorous practice environment with a focus on form, strength, and strong basics. Preteam requires additional practice days and hours in the gym, and allows families to see if a bigger time and financial commitment to gymnastics works for their family.
