All-Star USAG L4 students placed first with total 6 Gold (individual) and many 2nd places (AA and individual)! Rhythmic Gymnastics is a women-only Olympics sport. It is a unique blend of dance, art, and physical exercise. It combines elements from classic ballet, classic and modern dance, and certain acrobatic skills using handheld apparatus: rope, ball, clubs, and ribbon.
The benefits of rhythmic gymnastics for early and adolescent female development are endless. Come and see what rhythmic gymnastics is about and get immersed in the most beautiful and harmonious sport. Parents are welcome to stay and watch classes, but please reserve place in advance - the gym can get a bit crowded sometimes.

Services
This class is designed for rec-students who want to join the fun of learning rhythmic at All-Star Students will be grouped into levels based on their natural ability and all recital routines will be customized for each level. Students will work toward to the showcase in Dec and Jun by joining All-Star team program students at the rehearsal and a recital/party, a nice way to fully enjoy the fun of learning rhythmic gymnastics and dance.
Our three cutest Xcel A students finished total 6 routines with 5 Gold 1 Silver performance, IMPRESSIVE! Our three L5 students who took the USAG challenged program finished with 3 second places for individual events and 2 third places All-round, OUTSTANDING! Our eleven Xcel B & C students took the stage with a wonderful performance that shined up the whole session with 16 Gold and 15 Silver medals out of total of 33 routines, STUNNING!
Our gym is conveniently located in Fairfax at 2929-E Eskridge Road, close to the Merrifield Center. We share our training facility with the Virginia Ki Society - look for their name on the entrance.
