Thoughtful Care specializes in dementia home care, for seniors living at home who suffer from dementia. Dementia is a term often used interchangeably with Alzheimer's disease. It is important to know that Alzheimer's is one of several types of dementia, and is the most common form of dementia. All dementias, including Alzheimer's, have distinct symptoms.

Thoughtful Care took care of my mother for 3 years. They were terrific about working with me to find the best caregivers for my mom's needs and personality. They created a schedule with a minimal number of the same caregivers so both my mom and I were comfortable with her caregivers. The two primary caregivers took care of my mom for the full 3 years. The staff addressed all questions or concerns promptly. The level of care evolved seamlessly from companionship to significant medical care.

Tim and his crew were with my Dad as he first received his Dementia diagnosis. Couldn’t have asked for a better company. Having trustworthy and “thoughtful” caregivers made the rest of the family breathe a lot easier; not to mention our sleep. My Dad just passed and seeing Tim and his staff at the funeral meant the world to us. I know I’ve thanked you privately, but wanted to do it publicly as well.
