I told them that I had 400 dollars down and they told me they would match my down payment and refused to do so when I actually got there and kept trying to quote me a higher down payment than what I had. Everything they said was lies down to the payments and verification process. Then when I said I would just go somewhere else the general manager came out and was extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! They are not friendly or helpful nor do they listen to the information you tell them.

This was my 1st stop, then went to 5 other used car lots. Only to come back and buy my 1st choice. My salesman was Larry Vickers, he was so kind and absolutely no pressure. If I could give it a 0 star review I would. Lee, the manager at this location is quite unprofessional, hung up on me while I was trying to express my frustration on how poorly they have been dealing with my situation. I have had to get different vehicles from this place since I started doing business with them in 2020. The first car was a lemons, kept failing somehow. Now, my current car is always at the mechanic shop because it won't stop overheating. The car has been at the shop for up to 2 weeks at a time in different occasions since June, almost 3 months ago now. It's WEEKS back to back since

I was in need of a vehicle so bad. I went to a couple of dealerships. However, Larry and his team did everything they could to help me with what I was needing with affordable payments. And they did!! I was able to pick up my car yesterday! Larry saw how stressed I was and he did everything in his power to help me as soon as possible!! Definitely recommend!! We bought our first car from AutoNow and it was great. A little 2010 Kia Soul where all it needed was the transmission fluid changed. Did that with my regular auto guy. The prognosis was a great little car that runs well and as long as we do the required maintenance, it should last a long time.

This place is a huge rip off and a waste of time. Nearly 10k for a car that's 10 years old with 100+ miles on it, and when someone hit me and caused damages to my car and I got liability from the insurance claim and offer to pay the rest of my balance of the vehicle off that I can't drive anymore, they decline that offer. Worst place to go to for a vehicle. They also charge you an extra $20 a week if you don't have full coverage insurance. Scam.
