Scott Kirkland has built his business on one thing - relationships. He started his career doing this as the Director of Guest Services for the Portland Trail Blazers. He has personally owned over 27 residential homes in the last decade and has been a developer for Urban Sky Development. Scott is the managing partner of Root Mortgage.

Scott is informative and responsive. He walked me through the process thoroughly and it helped me a lot to get a sense of what I am doing. Also he could provide very competitive rate, among the best I could get in the market. Even if you have a bit better rates elsewhere, he could easily match that. I highly recommend Scott, particularly for first time home buyer like myself.
