Holt Auto Service has provided service for our company since March of 2006. We have a large fleet of vehicles and they must be in service at all times to move our crews and meet the needs of our customers. Their very busy.. I had a 9 am appointment , my dashboard light was on just to look at it and give me an estimate, the cost was 300 dollar's just to look. I asked the agent would that price go towards the repair I so badly needed. He says No. I told him I would think about it. He told me to let him make adjustments the price then went down to 200 and some change. I didn't want to leave my car but I did. He said he'd call to let me no what's wrong with it.. I didn't hear from them so I called them, now I dropped off car at 9 am called them at 3pm same day

Needed brakes, rotors and replacement lines. They gave us a quote in reasonable time, had the problems diagnosed and addressed quickly and efficiently. They are also part of the Costco Auto Savings program which allowed us to save money on the transaction. We will be taking our vehicles here again. Thank you!

I had previously been to a shop that told me my brakes were fine, then to a dealership that told me all of my brakes needed to be done. So I ofcourse was confused and overwhelmed not knowing what really needed to be done. I then went to Holt auto service and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable & quick. They sent me pictures of the problems they found and what needed to be done, answered all of my many questions and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend.

Not only was the job over priced, someone stole my radio and ripped out my dash on there lot, and they said they were not responsible and couldn’t do anything about it. The guy at the desk said people come to there lot all the time and take stuff off the cars at THERE LOT.. Would not recommend this place at all‼️‼️

I decided to give this place a try after our mechanic shop had poor service and did not repair our vehicle properly. Holt Auto Service I feel was honest and fixed the problem without trying to charge for additional repairs. I would recommend to family and friends for repairs.

Went for a tire alignment. The price was ~$20 more than what was quoted over the phone, but they were nearby.
I pick up my car the next day and they didn't perform the alignment. They said it was due to a worn radius rod bushing, and they wouldn't be able to perform an alignment until it was replaced. They were about to charge me $200 to replace it (Plus $100 for the alignment). I declined and ordered the part myself to have it worked on my mechanic friend. After waiting a week for it to come in the mail, my mechanic finds out the problem is with a metal bracket, completely unrelated to the bushing

Had a mechanic quote me for a master cylinder replacement. I took my vehicle into Holt and it was just brakes and calipers. They made me feel like I could trust them.
