I had a great experience! They were knowledgeable, prompt, communicative, have discounts for MSUFCU members, and seemed covid safe. Even with all the disruptions for supply chain (parts) and staff, they fixed two things in two days. They didn't try to upsell me, or mansplain me. It seems like a good shop! I'd go here again for sure.

April at the front desk is always caring and helpful. The experienced techs that have worked on my car are incredibly fast (2 hours to replace an entire control arm, caliper, rotors, and install brake pads) with labor running $100/hr (last time I went), it was very affordable and quality service

My son's car sat in the driveway for 5 yrs. Ryan's Auto took car of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. April was so nice and professional and great with communication. I actually choose them for the work because of how she communicated with me. She even recommended a detailer after I picked up the car. The car runs great. They did an excellent job and work was done quickly. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your car.

I called these guys up out of the blue, because my wife was up there for vacation and the flex hose of the vehicle blew. They said they were pretty busy today, but to have her come by and we'll see what the problem is. 3 hours later, the problem is fixed and my wife is back on the road. These guys even gave her a ride back to the hotel so she didn't have to sit at the shop. I highly recommend them to anyone.

If you want excellent customer service and keep "your" money in " your" pocket, then you should go and checkout Ryan's. If you are driving an older or high mileage car, Ryan will always do the right thing for his customers. Ryan helped to keep my 20 year old car running and safe when I didn't have alot of cash. I have been a customer for 15 years.

I always recommend Ryan's Auto Care to people. They've been fixing my care for a few years now and I've always had good results.
I have recently started commuting for my job which means my car has been at the shop more often than I'd like. Every time I call, Ryan is able to get me in right away and always accommodates my schedule. My car is always ready on the same day and the prices are reasonable.
