The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile, and were very nice. I didn't have an appointment, but they weren't rude about it at all. They explained they would fit me in and altogether I was only there for a little over an hour, which is less time than I have spent at other places even with an appointment.

Dr. May got my prescription wrong and would not agree to reexamine me to correct his mistake because I didn’t purchase my glasses there. That’s unprofessional and careless and says a lot about Dr. May’s character. I had to get retested by an optometrist at another company to get a correct prescription. In fact, Dr. May’s office would not communicate with me about the situation. My new optometrist had to contact May’s office to get any cooperation. I would not recommend Dr. May.

My experience there was terrible lady at front desk and obstetrician that helped me not friendly and basically acted like they didn’t want to help me. I needed to get lenses taken out of frames and put in new frames they charged me 50.00 dollars which I really didn’t mind but when they finished they didn’t even offer to fit new frames to my face. I won’t be back there ever again.

I've been going here for years. The one time I didn't decide to go, I received ok service at the second place but nothing like at Coldwater Vision. With insurance their prices are amazing- I've never been without. Contact prices are priced at a rate that is better than other places. The optometrist are all so nice and lovely. I forgot to pick up my glasses for two months due to living in another county and when I finally lost my old pair and had to call in and ask them if they would ship them (on a Friday), I received them (on a Tuesday) at no extra cost. Will recommend to anyone in North MS who

I have made several visits. Never had a bad visit. Personnel are great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Any issues with my glasses were met with immediate response and correction.
Facilities are superb. It was a pleasure to be in this office.
Appointment times were met on time. Very refreshing!!!!!

Coldwater Vision has been amazing with our family. We have been going there for years and are always treated like family. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions, especially from a curious kid. It’s a pleasant experience each time we go. Dr. May is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make our kids feel special.

The staff at Coldwater Vision are always nice and courteous. The appointments are done in a timely manner, so there is not a long wait. Their eye wear selection is on trend and affordable. This office has been newly renovated and has a clean modern look with a home town feel. I really enjoy having them as my eye care doctor

We have been going here for several years now and think they are the best! The staff are always very kind, friendly, helpful, and professional . The medical team is straight up awesome! They are genuinely concerned about you and your vision health and have always been spot on with their diagnosis and treatment. They are never rushed and always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer every question. We highly recommend them to everyone!
