I ordered the $80 peace Lilly for the floor and it’s clear that comparing what the picture on their website offers and what they sent, they may have sent the $40 peace Lilly. I hope this was an honest mistake and can be fixed if not the pictures on their website do not reflect what you pay for.

I sent my partner flowers, they told me it was delivered at 345PM, they had not received them by 5:30PM. They did eventually get them at 7:30PM but I am upset because the element of surprise was ruined due to this mistake. They also did not put the purple bow on that I asked for and instead placed a pink one on there. My boo HATES pink and purple is her favorite color. I am disappointed with how it went and the plant was not cheap...so it was a bummer. The rep who took the order was very nice though and I appreciate him.

I highly recommend Creative Floral Designs! They are professional, compassionate and understanding. I ordered through an online “florist” whom I will not mention and they outsourced to Creative Floral Design. Creative created a beautiful arrangement for my Mother In Love. Not only did they deliver a beautiful arrangement, they delivered a banner at the last minute. The online place did not give them the correct info but Creative Designs sprung into action and gave us just what we wanted. We cannot thank you guys enough and we are forever grateful.

I ordered flowers for my Mother’s birthday through FTD Flowers and I asked my mother on the day of her birthday if she had received them. She did but then she went on to tell me that they weren’t the freshest flowers. I had her look at the card to tell me where the flowers came from - Creative Floral Designs. She appreciated the gesture; but, knowing that I spent a lot of money, she said she wouldn’t use this florist again. I felt bad and ended up having to say “well it’s the thought that counts”. I have received several deliveries from Creative Floral and they consistently use substandard products and charge premium prices. This past Christmas they sent a pine arrangement that looked like it came from Dollar General, a basket made of balsa or balsa like soaked with water some pine branches and plastic Holly. This time the flowers were beautiful but instead of using floral sponge to set the floral arrangement they used Scotch tape. Unbelievable! So the hydrangeas are smashed to the bottom I guess to hide the Scotch tape. So unprofessional. I don't know why you get away with treating

My elderly Mother in Florida bought an arrangement through FTD to have flowers delivered to me on a Christmas Eve. Well, the flowers never arrived. My Mom was quite upset and kept calling me to check on the status of the flowers. She was also calling FTD without much success.
I kept calling down to the front desk in my building to see if they had been delivered. Needless to say, this did not make for a relaxing Christmas Eve or Christmas.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife from AVAS Flowers, and they had these guys do the arrangement and send it to me. I paid the extra $10 for a Deluxe arrangement and with all of the add-ons they get, my bill was $89. The arrangement was anything but Deluxe....the vase wasn't the one shown, there were only 3 carnations and 5 roses....everything else was filler. Don't use them and don't use AVAS Flowers.

Flowers for my daughter's birthday were ordered through FTD for delivery on 2/12/16. Received email notice that flowers were delivered on 2/12/16. Flowers were not delivered until 2/13/15. By 2/16/16 90% of them were dead. They were delivered with roses that had brown tips, other flowers that were half dead AND dirty water. I called FTD after my daughter let me know the condition that they arrived in. She left town on 2/14/16 for four days. Creative Floral was responsible for doing ALL of the floral arrangements for our wedding on Saturday, May 30th at St. John Vianney Catholic Church and Herrington on the Bay. Suzanne Anderson and her team of floral designers created such beautiful arrangements that I literally cried when I saw them at our wedding. My mother ordered flowers for me throguh FTD and this was the florist that delivered them. I found out days later that the bouquet had been sitting in my apartment's management office for days, as the manger was told that by the delivery man that he "taped a notice to your door," which was a lie. I never recieved a notice and suspect that he taped it to the door of the entire building, which someone then took down.
In regards to the bouquet itself, my mom ordered a boquet of Gerba daises, but I mostly got alstroemerias and cheap carnations. I would not reccomend this service

We regurlay have flowers delivered from Creative Floral, they are alway lovely and fresh. A very friendly staff always delivers!
The folks there have been very generous in supporting Shepherds Table , a non profit that helps the homeless. They have provided some beautiful centerpiece arrangments for the dinner guests! Much appreciated.

We had a few minor frustrations while working with them. At times, it was difficult to get in touch with them and it would take several phone calls or emails to get a response. On the day of the wedding, there were a few details that were not followed through with in the way requested - minor things, however, when you are paying for a service, you expect these things to be followed through on.

Repeated mess-ups. Wrong flowers delivered for my 10th Anniversary, and then, after waiting around all morning on a Saturday, they delivered a cheap looking arrangement I could have gotten at Safeway. I spoke with the owner and he asked me to give him one more chance to fix it. I agreed. After waiting around for a few more hours, what I got looked slapped together, the colors didn't match, and my wife was very disappointed. (I posted a picture of what they thought a $70 arrangement should be.) I won't be using them again.
