You need a great family law attorney? You need an attorney to fight for you? Lindsey Bannerman is your go to!!! I found myself at the lowest place of my life, going through an addiction to alcohol and I lost my time with my child. I felt like the biggest loser and the most horrible father!! Lindsey and her team have been utterly amazing. They are very professional and are there for you and the kids every step of the way. Calling Lindsey Bannerman to help me was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She is a wonderful person. My situation was very lengthy and complicated. I had called previous lawyers and even had hired a lawyer before her. While other lawyers did give me some great heartfelt advice, they were not interested in helping me, as they said they felt like it was going to be a long road and not enough compensation for their work. I called Lindsey Bannerman's office in June 2020 for a consultation about a tricky cross-state custody case. Her office manager was professional and the response very quick for my appointment. Lindsey was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She was also upfront and honest, which I really appreciated. I would cheerfully recommend her to anyone in the Modesto area dealing with custody and family law issues.

L. Bannerman was the first attorney I hired to make modifications to my current child custody paperwork. I had reviewed Avvo prior and saw the amazing reviews and experience and was hopeful that her legal team could lend a helping hand in representation and aid in pulling the emotional stress off of my shoulders that often plays hand in hand with separations. First off I would like Lindsey and her staff to know how appreciative I am for all of their work. They are very professional and polite. When I first went in I was afraid I would be losing all rights to see my daughter. In a matter of minutes Lindsey had allayed my fears and assured me I had nothing to worry about.
