Stagelights is a full-service performing arts center offering classes, private lessons, and summer camps in dance, voice, and acting. We offer a College Prescreen Program for students wishing to pursue college performing arts degrees. We provide a nurturing and caring environment that fosters a love and appreciation for the performing arts while developing self confidence in our students.

Services
We are a full service facility that offers classes and private lessons in musical theater, ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, acting and voice including special needs classes. Stagelights Performing Arts Center excels at preparing young talent for a career in the performing arts. We have classic techniques as well as modern approaches that give our young artists a very well-rounded performing arts education.
Our qualified instructors are excited to share their love and knowledge of the performing arts with you! Lisa Kelly Ferlita has as been performing since the age of three. She grew up in Middletown, New Jersey studying dancing, singing and acting. She went on to pursue her love for the arts and earned a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Drama from Hofstra University in New York.
Stagelights Performing Artists have been successfully performing in the Tampa Bay Area landing significant acting, singing and dancing roles in their school productions as well and community theater productions. Stagelights is proud to share that we have performing artists currently succeeding in the performing arts industry and have been for years.

Stagelights is a hidden gem in Northdale that offers dance, voice, and musical theater classes. Lisa Ferlita, the owner, clearly loves what she does, and the kids adore her. I am so grateful to have found Stagelights - our boy, who is normally quiet and shy, has come out of his shell and is thriving and happy. He has learned so much in such a short amount of time and most importantly, he is having so much fun! Thank you Lisa!

Stagelights is the BEST kept secret around! Lisa is a cut above, and all of the staff is incredibly talented and passionate about the performing arts. My daughter has been dancing, acting, and taking voice with Lisa for years. She has a knack for highlighting each student’s talent and turning them into a star! Lisa has been a delight to work with! She has done all of my daughter’s prescreen videos for her college musical theatre auditions. My child has never taken a dance lesson in her life outside of choreography for shows and she now loves dancing! Lisa made her feel comfortable and confident from their first lesson. She’s an amazing instructor, motivator and a super sweet lady!
