Buyer beware I had a nice gentlemen speak with me and my husband out front about how they tell you they have a vehicle you get the money ready and then when you come to get the car they try to get you into something else. My concern is if they are doing that with just the vehicle part then I can only imagine what they do with your payments. I did not speak with them at all we got into the car and left. Their customer service sucks too. I mean if you want to sell something I feel like you should be able to come outside, greet everybody, and see what everyone's interested in. Instead they sat inside

Defend your business by providing a better business! Stop attacking your customers who disagree with the your service. Definitely a 1 star business. Will spread this word. I purchased a car a few months ago, my salesman Steven was very nice and helpful. I took my car in to get an oil change that's free every 90 days and to get some work done on my vehicle as well and the service manager Miss Claudia was very nice as well. I even brought my brother to buy a car as well. Highly recommended 👌

I have nothing negative to say about my car. I bought it in August of 2020 no issues (it’s a used vehicle, some of y’all act like it’s brand new.) maintain your car if you’ve had it for a month and a problem occurs maybe you can’t take care of cars. If you’re sold a bad car within 24 hours you should see an issue. Some of the reviews sound dumb as rocks. Great vehicle, I don’t have great credit so a buy here pay here dealership is ideal. They provide free oil changes I believe and you only pay for parts when they fix your car. Customer service is great and knowledgeable when buying

Do NOT buy a car from them. My car stopped working two days after I got it. After getting it fixed, 2 months later my fuse box went out on my car. The policy here is that the customer buys the part and the repair center will repair the car free of labor cost. They told me the part is $900. After purchasing the part and sitting at the dealership for three hours the repair man told me verbatim "We wont do the repair because it is electrical." Also said I can continue sitting up here looking crazy but they won't do the repair. I have to now spend an additional $250 on the repair at

One star wouldn't do justice. My contract shifted from multiple buyers prior to this company taking over. They state; "We continue having our customer's pay their original balance owed and would never increase any payments based on the verbiage written in our customer's previous contract." This information is incorrect! After filing with The State of Texas Consumer Affairs, DallasAutos4Less over charged me and never played by the rules-which were written in my original contract. Overall, I ended up receiving an overpayment- in which the state ORDERED the company to pay

Seems as if there are SEVERAL people disgusted by this dealership. Mine is about BRIAN BUSICK! BRIAN BUSICK...BRIAN BUSICK...BRIAN BUSICK....REMEMBER THAT NAME!!! On top of a childish, unprofessional attitude problem, he has the audacity to call me "DUDE," tell me to use spellcheck, then make a disrespectful comment about my name. I will single handedly make sure I report this lowlife to the BBB...(check it out.....this lot has already been reported FOUR times to the BBB!! Absolutely pathetic!

I asked how much a car was and he laughed and said come on to which I responded again and I informed if the add was a bit more specific and included the price and not just the down payment and got this response.
