Is a wonderful pleasure to be giving the opportunity to work at this nursing home. The Residents and Staffs are great. The staffs really work hard and it shows. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a changed. I would like to take this opportunity to thanked my friend Veronica and also would like to thank Sherry, Human Resource Director for making me work here all possible.

There are some caring people who work here, but the management is pretty awful. In the many months our family member was there we saw a serious shortage of staff resulting in patient needs unmet. Multiple times there were not enough staff to feed all the residents who needed assistance. The food which should have been warm was usually cold by the time the patient received it. Residents who ate in the common room had only one or two staff monitoring them. Bedridden individuals often had very long wait times to get assistance. At one point it was obvious our family member had not had their hair washed

Couldn’t get my Mom out of there fast enough. It smelled like a pee pot. Not enough help. Person in charge was all “lovey dovey” with hugs and “ I know how you feel” baloney! It made me think of herding cattle ( loved ones)
Into the hall ( some facing the wall and crying incessantly) and sitting for hours then sitting in a small eating room waiting forever to get food. Then there was no one to assist.
the people who could not feed themselves.
People were given food they did not ask for and said that they did not want! Example coffee every meal when I even asked to have the kitchen

My friend is now being treated at Penacook. The facility is clean, morden and the rooms resemble a home bedroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember visitors and welcome you back. They have treated my friend with respect and kindness. Doctors and nurses are always present and have answered any questions I had at the time. Parking is one of the only faults I see with the facility.
