Services
Gardening and farming have always been a passion for our family. Our children, Chris and Dar, grew up on the farm helping plant and nurture their own seedlings year after year. We've always grown our own veggies and shared our harvest with friends and family, but in 1979, after Carlis was laid off from Chrysler we decided just maybe we could take our passion and make it more of a sustainable business.
At Brawner's Greenhouse we offer a diverse range of services and exclusive products at affordable prices. We pride ourself providing high quality plants and knowing our products inside and out. All our items are fresh and grown on-site. Small or large, your request will be met with expert advice, individualized attention and the best customer service around.
In our opinion, there is nothing better than food fresh from the farm! On our Hancock County farm, we have 150 chickens, 3 turkeys, a full veggie patch, a corn field and an abundance of fruit. We're best known for our brown eggs, sunsugar and heirloom tomatoes. Throughout the year, you can pick-up eggs from our farm store for $2.50 per carton, and seasonally we have fruit and veggies for sale as well.
At Brawner's we are big on tradition. Each year we plant around 4000 poinsettias in July in prep for the holiday season. We pride ourselves on our lush vibrant poinsettias that our customers come back for year after year. Each season we open our doors the day after Thanksgiving with custom wreaths, swags, poinsettias, holiday containers.
Fairy gardens are becoming increasingly popular. At Brawner's Greenhouse, we can help you create an enchanted container garden perfect for pixies to dance within, that your whole family will delight in year round. We stock many small-scale plants and minature accessories well suited for fairy landscapes that help bring your magical container garden to life.

I would highly recommend NOT to go here to cut down a Christmas tree. The farm is sparse on white and scotch pines. Most trees were 12+ feet in height. Didn't see any new trees being planted/growing. The trees appeared to not of been yearly maintained. The staff was friendly. Looked like they had lots of poinsettias.
