We thoroughly enjoyed this stop along our way back home. We plan to stop again on our next visit to the Houston area. The queso, described as Velveeta, was way more than just Velveeta. They serve two salsas, a warm, red salsa and a cool, green salsa. Both were delicious and the chips were nice and crispy. I ordered some of the best enchiladas I have ever had at the recommendation of our server. Enchiladas Romanas. Creamy sauce with chicken, grilled onions, poblano peppers, and mushrooms. It came with rice and charro beans. I normally sub out for refried beans, but I enjoyed their charro beans and
