My thirteen year old son just had his braces put in by Dr. Kristen and her medical assistant Viviana. What an amazing, professional, and caring staff! Dr. Kristen is thorough to explain procedures and does so in a caring way that’s a reflection of her entire staff. Everyone at this office makes you feel welcomed and cared for. This office is the best, Dr.Kristen and her team are very efficient at getting information to you and explaining everything in detail about the process of treatment , and they help out in every situation, whether it be squeezing me in for a Friday appt or needing a referral ASAP . Sawgrass Orthodontics has been the best! My son has had a wonderful experience with the doctors and staff. They run their office like a well-oiled machine. From his first consultation to now as he’s finishing up with his braces, we have been kept well-informed of what to expect with his progress and the process has been so smooth. Visited for the first time today for a consultation. The office is very clean and looks nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The exam was through and informative. Both the treatment coordinator Lauren and Dr. Kristen Igualada-Heine were very professional and polite, taking time to answer all my questions and concerns.

Every dental hygienist is super friendly and professional.Dr Kristen and Dr.Penney go out their way to make their patients happy. All my questions were answered thoroughly at all times. The whole team made me feel comfortable and welcomed.I am very happy with my results.

After being referred here, I have to say I was extremely intimidated at first because I wasn't looking forward to getting braces. But from my first visit to my last, I've grown to love coming here.

Dr. Penny and her staff are absolutely amazing! My 14 year old son just finished his 2 1/2 year treatment with rave reviews. We loved our experience at Sawgrass Orthodontics from the first time we set foot in their office.
The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding. They explained the treatment in detail, worked out a financial plan for our family and made our visits pleasant and timely. Even when my son, broke his wires due to being a typical teenager they worked with him patiently as got us to our goal!! He now has a radiant smile to feel proud of!

I had orthodontic treatment at Sawgrass Orthodontics, and I am a very happy patient. I first had a consultation where xrays were taken and a price quote was given. The price was very reasonable compared to Boca, so I decided to sign on for treatment despite the drive. Expect to pay 4-6K depending on the severity of the case.

It is primarily a pediatric practice, but if you are an adult like me, you will still get excellent treatment by Dr. Penny and the team. I feel really bad I was a noncompliant patient (I didn't get my wires adjusted for months, I couldn't make some of my payments
