I tried this cleaners recently as I moved to this north scottsdale location. I dont like the fact they have you pay in advance or you get charged an additional $5.00 for paying when you pick up.
I usually have someone drop off my laundry due to my work schedule and they do not have my credit card. Wasn't even given the option to leave a card on file. Young man at front desk was not well versed in company policy as to why this is the case.
This policy just doesn't make sense unless they have had a lot of clients "not satisfied" with their cleaning then refuse to pay. Oh

I bought some dresses, jumpsuits, jackets that were dry clean only, which made me stress because usually dry cleaners cost a lot of money! But Seville had a great deal and I only spent $20 to get all my things dry cleaned. In addition, I took it first thing the money when Seville had opened and was able to pick up everything after 5pm that same day, with no extra charge!

I went to Seville Cleaners in Scottsdale for the first time and asked for heavy starch in my shirt. I told the girl twice to make sure.
When I got it back, it was light starch.
I called the manager and complained. He barely apologized. Instead, he said "She is one of my best employees and has been with us for twelve years. Everyone loves her."
I won't go back.

I bought a dress in that I was pretty sure was ruined due to a couple of blood stains from a minor cut. When I went to pick up the dress, I noticed some of the stains hadn't come up. Trust me, it was a lot better but I mentioned it to one of ladies. She immediately said blood was difficult to come out but said that they would run it again. To my surprise, just picked it up and the blood stains are all gone. The service here is top notch with affordable pricing, $3 a garment and quick turnaround. I will be back!

Their pricing and quality are very competitive, their regular coupon specials are AMAZING, and their staff always pleasant and efficient. And when asked to tackle an extraordinary stain, the staff goes the second mile. A recent experience: Since I often roll up the cuffs on a long sleeve shirt, I requested that both sides of the cuff be pressed flat.
