Your helper can then see what's on your screen, and use your mouse/keyboard as if they were right there with you.

They built my computer from the ground up. they had to do some adjustments as some of my parts did not fit. When I finally took the computer home it fired up Windows 10 perfectly! I have been using the computer since 2019 and has had zero issues. Dennis not only does a good job. He enjoys going the extra mile!!

I needed a new motherboard installed, cpu swapped over and a new m.2 installed and Dennis took care of everything. I dropped off my computer and the next day he had my computer up and running with 0 issues and it preformed so much better than before. I have definitely found a place for my computer needs!! Dennis was awesome. I'm definitely a layman when it comes to my understanding of how to fix PC issues. So it was important to find someone who could help.
Dropped of my PC and he got back to me a few hours later with a no-nonsense quote.
He ID'd the problem, which turned out to be a fix that was too expensive a part to bother with fixing. (Might as well just get a new one at that point). But he didn't charge me for the diagnosis, and drop off/pick up was no hassle. He said he doesn't think you should have to pay to figure out what's wrong.

This gentleman does a wonderful job and running his business. I am an out of town visitor and had issues with my computer the previous week and he was so delightful to look at my computer assess the damage and fix it within six hours. I could have not asked for a more professional person to work on my computer.

After finally splurging on a nice new laptop, I made the stupid mistake of spilling a small amount of coffee on part of the keyboard. I immediately turned off the computer and wiped up what I could of the mess, but I was still paranoid that I could end up ruining it since I have read that beverages with sugar in them can lead to corrosion over time if not properly cleaned/dried. I brought my laptop to Friend of a Friend, and Dennis was able to completely take it apart, clean it thoroughly, dry everything, reassemble, and get it back to me the next morning. Everything seems to be working great,

Friend of a Friend is a great example why we should support local businesses. Dennis is awesome! He has worked on my computer twice now, and has put my mind at ease both times when I feared losing valuable documents and personal information. He is honest, completely affordable (seriously, so affordable!!), and genuinely helpful. The second time he helped me with my computer he didn't even charge me. He doesn't want his customers to hesitate when asking for help, and won't rip you off for small fixes. This guy is seriously great!
