Fixing and repairing all things tech has long been a passion of mine. Steve Jobs once said "The only way to do great work is to do what you love." and thats exactly what I'm fortunate enough to be doing. I was a bit desperate after my work horse 2012 iMac hard drive crashed to have it cleaned and the HD replaced. No luck at the Apple Store, they don't service them any longer. They recommended possibly a fellow in Moscow. Fortunately I found iPat with a simple google search. He quickly assured me that yes he could clean and replace it, with a… solid state HD if I desired. Pat was able to transfer data from a 2008 desktop Mac and a 2012 MacBook onto my new computer...he had to take both of them apart to do it. Saved not only my music but a good deal of valuable commercial photography. Also gave me some much appreciated tutorials :)

We brought my son’s iPhone 5 here to have the screen replaced a few months ago. They were quick, but did a horrible job. Upon picking up the phone after the screen was replaced they informed us that his battery was in bad shape. I would have had it replaced at the same time had I been notified before pickup. His speaker went out immediately, upon research we found out it happens when the screen is replaced. He dealt with it by using his AirPods, until his screen started replicating, you could see the top of his screen again on the bottom. It was wierd!! The seal on each side of the screen was

Was contemplating on buying a new MacBook Pro as mine was unable to detect my hard drive. I took it to My Ipat in the morning and he had it fixed within the same day! Which saved my life as I was in desperate need of a computer quick for my online studies. The computer now works better then ever with the new hard drive, it is so much faster then… before. and he also was able to retrieve my old photos and everything off the old hard drive which I am so grateful for!!! If you are thinking about getting a new MAC because yours is old or running slow DONT! Take it to MY Ipat he will have it

My MacBook Pro was running slow and having some major issues. Pat recommended replacing the original drive with a SSD (solid state drive) and adding more memory. What a huge improvement that made! Pat made the upgrades the same day and his customer service was excellent. I'd highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their Apple products. Thanks again Pat!

Pat was aware that my career as a web developer relied on me having my computer. The suggestions he made to upgrade my mac with an SSD hard drive proved to be efficient. Now my mac runs 10x faster than before and is more optimal for my type of work. He was able to fix my computer in 24 hours and I couldn't have been happier. Pat was a very big help when I found myself in a situation where my iMac suddenly not starting up. As a graphic designer, I need my computer. Although my computer needed to be wiped and reinstalled with the basics, I'm so glad to have it working again as my new computer won't arrive for another week. Pat was also patient and very helpful when I called him twice from the Apple store as I was trying to pick out the right specs for my new computer. THANK YOU so much!
