We understand your automobile is an investment and realize you would like to maintain the look of your car as long as possible. While gaining access behind the damaged panel, we then use specially designed steel rods and wires to gently massage the dent using controlled pressure from behind. Within minutes your ding or dent is carefully removed without disturbing your factory or custom finish and in benefit, maintaining the value of your vehicle.
Do not leave the scene of the accident until you have exchanged contact information with the others involved. Make sure you are in a safe location. Do not disclose your policy details. You should only share your driver's license number, policy number, Insurance name, and phone number. Because of the many steps involved in collision repair it is difficult to estimate the amount of time it will take to complete repairs.

The people at Mark 2 Collision are incredibly kind, honest, and professional. They took my car which had issues opening on my driver side door, and they got it fixed in a matter minutes. I will never go anywhere else!! Sean and Vicki are absolutely fabulous. They truly went over and above what I expected. My car needed lots of work, and they even did extra work at no charge to me or insurance. They even did all the necessary communication regarding the rental car. They brought the rental to me at Mark 2, and I left it there when my car was all fixed up! They're amazing people that truly care and want their customers to be happy.

This place has amazing service! After getting into an accident, I took my car in to Mark 2 to see how far off the insurance company's photo estimate was and whether the damage was a safety concern or just cosmetic. They went out of their way to help me out, even though I wasn't sure yet if I wanted to repair the damage. After confirming that the damage was cosmetic-only, I decided not to have it fixed and they were so kind and helpful in giving me their honest opinions and recommended next steps to deal with potential issues. Vicky at Mark 2 Collision Center located at 18910 Hwy 99 in Lynnwood, WA is definitely the person and place you want to go to after an accident. She is professional, kind, and makes your experience of being in a car accident almost worth it. I am so thankful she was the person who assisted me as she has a way about her that leaves you with knowing everything will be fine. Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is exceptional. Mark 2 is the best you can get. Great customer service - they treat their customers like family. That's what you get when you go to a family-run business! Vicki was swift in helping me get my BMW repaired - they kept to their time estimate of how long the repair will take. She worked with the insurance company and the rental car company to get me on my way. Very professional, on-time, knowledgeable and super friendly! I'd recommend these guys to my family!

What a wonderful combination of professionalism, courtesy, kindness and expertise. Vicky, Sean and Galen went above and beyond for me, keeping the cost of my repairs as reasonable as possible and actually coming in under estimate. Not only did they attend to the outside damage, when I picked it up I found it washed and the inside vacuumed as well. I cannot say enough about this family and the way they run their business. They went above and beyond. We Where rear ended and after visiting several body shops in the area and being told to make an appt. Just for an estimate. - what? I said that crazy talk.. found Mark 2 and this hidded body was worth the find. They treated me not only professionally but like family. They went above and beyond their duties. Not only did they help me aquire a free new car seat for my kid, they did additional work at no additional cost out of my pocket. Also assisted with the entire process of dealing with the insurance company. Don't waste your time with the other losser body shops

Not only did Sean and his team do an outstanding job fixing my bumper, they got the work done early! They gave me a very accurate estimate about how much it would cost to fix my bumper and fantastic service. Vicky was super helpful and gave me updates about my car as the repairs progressed. When I picked up my car, it was clean (they'd washed it!) and they'd also reconditioned both of my headlights, even though the work was only scheduled for the right one. I would give 100 stars if I could. Mark 2's second inspection saved me thousands. Concerned my car wasn't safe to drive they shuffled appointments to get me in & insisted on driving me 30 min home so I didn't have to Uber. I was dreading the hours it would take to go through the adjuster-billing-rental car fiasco again & the insurance company was already pushing back on costs, but when Mark 2 called to tell me the big name repair shop that did initial repairs had left my car a complete disaster, they'd already coordinated it all. I can't even tell you what a 10 star business this is in my eyes. I was rear ended in Feb, shortly after we had snow and everyone crashed and banged up their cars. My insurance recommended a shop close to my house, and I dropped my car off there that afternoon on a Sunday. The next morning they told me it would be over a month before they could even assess it. I called 7 shops and they all were quoting me 3-5+ weeks until they could even look at my car also. I have an infant son and I work, this wasnt an option for me. Getting and driving a new car is an exciting journey. Unfortunately, that means you're not used to the car therefore chances of "accidents" rise for first few months. I've done an excellent job scratching rear left side of my new car. So I searched for Nissan certified body shops, and Mark 2 Collision Center popped up. Yes, they could have fixed our 2002 Saturn, but unfortunately it would have cost more than double what the car was worth. Why the 5* review? Because the insurance company (Lyndon Southern through Vern Fonk) was hell to deal with. Vicky kept bird-dogging them until they finally came through. She really went above and beyond in trying to deal with this impossible company what would not communicate with us. These folks really know how to deal with insurance companies. Thanks much Vicky.

I was devastated when my insurance company said my favorite car of 10 years was totaled. I stopped by Mark 2 Collision center and talked to Vicky and Sean about my situation. They were very helpful through the process, and are so pleasant!! I made the decision to keep my car because I love it so much!! MY CAR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!! I definitely made the right decision to keep it. I actually think she (my car) may look better than she did before the accident. My wife recently had some body damage to her nearly new car. We were pretty upset as the color was custom Black Sapphire and thought it would be difficult to match.
Mark 2 to the resuce ... Sean and his crew did an outstanding job and now our Volvo looks as good as new.
They were also very friendly, helpful, timely and honest. I would not heistate to refer Mark 2 to anybody needing body work.

Working with Alika at Mark 2 Collision in Lynnwood was a refreshing experience. He actually responded to questions, stuck to the quote, and had my car done quickly looking better than ever. (I had my car in for body damage)

I was driving on Ravenna not too long ago and was involved in a collision. The old lady that rear ended me mentioned that she failed to see my signal lamps emit any light. To be totally frank with you, she may have been right. I did have a few brewskies.
Any who, the lady gave me 300 bucks and referred me to this place in Lynnwood called, "MARK 2 COLLISION".
Let me tell you. This is one of those "rare" body shops that dispells weary generalizations that auto repair places tend to get noted for.
