This is the best body shop in the Seattle area. They are considerate and don’t make you feel like they are trying to sell you. They actually make you feel like they are advocating for you while working with your insurance and the appraisers. I was confident they were working in my best interest. Their work speaks for itself. They do high quality repairs and my Audi was in mint condition when it was returned. Friendly staff and good people there. Thank you!

Nice work. Looked as good as new. Communications were okay. But.. picked up car and back up wArning sensors didn’t work. Now I have to go back to get that fixed. Also, nice that they apparently cover the drivers seat and floor, but the dirty remnants of these covers were in random locations that I had to gather and dispose of. Good 👍🏼, but not great.

Tesla recommended them to me. I looked them up on Google and saw their hours of operations went past 5. I showed up at 4:07, which is 7 minutes after they stop doing estimates. I barely recall something about this when I called several months ago. That said, the customer service rep said it was ok. I thanked her for making an exception and apologized for not knowing this.
I wait just a couple of minutes and she pages someone again to come up front to handle estimates. Some guy pops his head out and says, "NO! Not happening. It's raining outside!" ... then he starts yelling, "PLUS IT'S AFTER 4PM

They are absolutely phenomenal! From the awesome customer service at the door from Amanda and Leanne to the professional advice and work that Jackson provides. We had a situation where we needed the car to be done as soon as possible due to my grandma’s upcoming surgery in Oregon. Not only were they able to accommodate our request and work on our car as soon as possible, but they talked us through the whole process courteously and in a friendly manner. My first experience at Accurate Auto Body was excellent. Their estimate came in more than 25% lower than the Bellevue place I’ve used in the past so I thought I’d give them a try. They couldn’t get my car into their shop for several weeks, but they still made me feel as though my car repair was important. Once the scheduled day of the repair arrived, things ran like clockwork. They were proactively communicative with me and even completed the repair in less time than they originally quoted.

My Acura dealer recommended Accurate Auto Body when the side mirror on my car was removed by a passing truck. Randy did all he could to minimize the cost of repair which saved me about $400. He notified me as soon as the part arrived and installed it the same day. The repair work and the customer service were excellent! Highly recommend this shop!

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. I will definitely be posting in the Tesla groups I'm in to make sure people choose a different shop. I brought my car here because they were so highly rated. From the beginning it was clear my business was not valued. I called on Monday to confirm that the tow truck driver had dropped of my car but no one answered. So I left a message. I called back on Tuesday and left another message. Finally on Wednesday I was able to talk to someone who said they called me on Tuesday but I had no record of it. It took 4 days in total

I went in to have Accurate Auto Body give me an estimate on some door and paint damage. I was greeted with a smile and a helpful receptionist. Within 2 minutes of completing the paperwork, I was greeted with a smile by Randy. He looked at the damage and within 5 minutes he had wiped out the paint damage with some chemicals and polish and I was on my way with no charge for the work.
I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and spread the story of their great service. If I need repairs in the future, they will be the first company I will seek out for help.

Second time in a few years we have needed body work on our Tesla Model S. Our Service Rep Randy was excellent. The estimate was quick, detailed and ten percent less than the one we received from Tesla. Accurate Auto Body is a Tesla Approved Shop. The repair took just a few days, and the bumper looks like new. It was a quarter size dent on the bumper, but pricey because it is a Tesla. We were extremely satisfied with the whole experience, as we were before, and highly recommend Accurate Auto Body.

We took our 2020 Honda CRV in because of a minor bumper ding which loosened the edge of the bumper. We knew a new bumper would be about $2000 and didn't want to spend that much. Rudy, the manager came out to look. He helped reaffix the bumper. Problem solved. We so appreciated his kindness and help. We will certainly come back here for any other body work.

It took a while to find this place. I got into a car accident during winter storm unfortunately. Didn't want to take it to my car dealer.
I got referred from another bodyshops and they all said Accurate! Some of Autobody shops won't take mine.
They dealt with my insurance and made sure I knew what's going on with my car. I didn't know what to do so I extremely appreciated.
Jackson was hands-on and I can tell this company is extremely organized and has a fantastic staffs.

Excellent. I am speechless with the quality and customer service I received from Jackson here. My initial appointment went well and he pointed out how much it would cost and how long it would take. Although it was higher than the other 2 quotes, I took a chance and was very happy.
Jackson kept me informed almost on a daily basis either via phone or email on any changes to the repair process. He responded to my emails within 30 minutes every time. Best customer service that I have ever received from a body repair shop.

My second experience with Accurate Auto Body. The first time I stopped by to get a quick estimate on a ding on my new car. The service person came out and looked at it and went back and got a tool and fixed it right there. No charge!
Consequently, 10 years later we had a car rear ended and needed major work done. I went to Accurate and we're very pleased with the service we received. The car needed major work and it turned out great!

I can't say enough good things about the team here at Accurate. I took in my new (to me) beautiful 1972 Chevy C20 Pickup for some body work, and -- while they aren't technically a classic car restoration specialty shop -- they took amazing care of him, returning him to me at long last (it DID take awhile, but they were a bit short-handed) and it was WORTH THE WAIT (and I don't say this lightly - this truck is my Emotional Support Vehicle and I wanted it back desperately!) The amazing Jackson and the team of hardworking, talented folks there really provided me with fantastic service

This was the 2nd time I had a vehicle repaired at Accurate. The first time was a great experience in all respects.
This time finish was excellent, and fit was very good (not "better than new" as they say on their website, but not needing corrective action.) Communication regarding progress was not what I was promised or expected. They need to do better in this area. Also, completion was late without a satisfactory reason. All considered, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Accurate came recommended to me by the local Chevvy dealership. They were outstanding. They had my repairs done when they said they would and when one minor problem came up, they immediately set about correcting the problem without any hassle or questions. I hope I don't ever need Accurate again, but I wouldn't hesitate using them or sending someone I know there.

My car came from the factory with some paint flaws so it got sent here to get repaired. It spent a few weeks getting fixed and when I picked it up all of the flaws weren't addressed or weren't done well, there was paint on the windows and a very obvious run in the paint that was dripping off the fender and had hardened. My car then went back in for a second time and they fixed the panel that had the run in it but now it doesn't match the door next to it and to top it off they managed to break the cover over the speaker in the door and got paint or something on the interior and tried

Accurate Auto Body are just short of being criminals! They lied about the time to repair my car, costs of repairs, and multiple other details. When I refused to proceed with the repairs because it would take 30 more days; they blamed the manufacturer, yet I had paid for parts upfront and they had already arrived. Accurate demanded $1400 to release the car with no repairs having been completed. It took a senior manager, from my insurance company, calling all day to release the car.

I just picked up my car and I am SO impressed. Picking up my car was so easy. I left the rental keys with the staff and they told me they would coordinate the pickup from Enterprise! So great!
I was rear ended in December and had some frame damage to the car. My estimator and point of contact was so great because he used to work in insurance and was really familiar with the entire insurance process. They called me to keep me informed on my estimated repair date and I got the car back right when I was promised! My car has a really unique paint to it and so I was worried there would be some issues
