Child Abuse Prevention Council "Front Line Award" for working to protect children from abuse. Steven M. Mudd has been with the firm since 2011. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for Adult and Child Protective Services, where he specialized in the investigation of elder financial abuse. He has worked closely with law enforcement and the D.A.'s Office to help prosecute perpetrators of financial crimes against the elderly.

I worked with Steve over a year on my brother's probate in Monterey Court. Steve was extremely helpful and articulate during every step of the long process, and vital to us dealing with not only the passing of my brother, but all of the logistics in cleaning up and clearing out the many things involved in probate of an estate. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone dealing with probate or other legal items.
