My Husband and I were looking to turn our business into a corporation last year, and knew we needed some legal guidance on how to do it properly. We had no idea which forms to file with the State, fees involved, deadlines, or any other tax implications. Tim Morgan and his expert legal staff were able to answer our questions, and get our business filed as a corporation very quickly. There was a certain deadline that we needed to meet to avoid additional fees from the State, but with Mr. Morgan’s extensive business law and tax law knowledge, he was able to navigate us through, and save us money
