I noticed this company was a vendor on Amazon for items I wanted. When this happens, I try to skirt Amazon and buy direct. I placed an order on their site - within an hour of ordering, they contacted me to let me know an item was out of stock. I said no problem and they immediately refunded. I received the other items extremely quickly and my very fragile items were wrapped very well, surviving my UPS man's signature throw onto my porch.

Let me just say that I ordered from them with some skepticism, but they shipped my toaster oven the same day and it arrived in 2 days. They sent emails updating the progress of my order. They double boxed the shipment. I could not ask for more. Wow!

We Shipped 3 huge Commander storage containers from Lowe’s on December 2020.
Everything was sealed with several layers of shrink wrap and for additional security measures..four cable ties were attached to the four corners of each container.
Sad to say....the thieves made away with countless brand new kitchen ware, cosmetics, home good products, priceless family heirlooms and More!!
When the 3 containers finally arrived in Aveiro, the cable ties were missing and new sheets of shrink wrap was reapplied! Unf, this all was discovered one month

Portugalia sales are crooks! I shipped my car with them. They damaged my car when loading, made me deal with the insurance myself for their screw up and now refuse to pay the $500 deductible! Stay away!
