Very happy with the experience. The appointment was fantastic, the doctor was very personal and helped with my perscription. The associate was very helpful in assisting me with my selection of glasses. I received a text notification that my glasses were in and Hope was excellent and offered me adjustments to the frames. Overall, wonderful experinece and I can see 🤓

Honestly I was a bit hesitant to switch from my life long Indiana doc to a new eye doctor here in Omaha. And let me tell you this, come here. You are welcomed, informed, and treated in a patients first culture.
Dr. Kate Holthaus is absolutely the best around. Her, her team, literally everyone is top notch. Every step is explained, they give you the "why" behind the exam. I will be sending my fiancée and my MommaBear here.

Dr Felt's location is extremely professional and welcoming. I love the staff and their fun and helpful environment. Most importantly is the thorough and special attention to detail in the care of my eyes. As a bonus, I specifically love the quality selection of frames available. I would highly recommend to my family, friends, and co-workers.

I went to this location on the morning of April 16. I was greeted by a woman and told her I was looking for men's glasses. She pointed to the wall and said everything to the left of the RayBans were for men. Then another woman came from the back, said hello and sat at the front desk with the other. Not once did either of them ask if I needed help or if I was looking for something specific. After 15 minutes, I went to Pearl Vision. I was promptly greeted by someone, who helped me pick something out. I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses from them and Malbar missed out on a sale.

Staff was incredibly friendly and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I didn't feel as if they were trying to upsell me on glasses or glasses features. The doctor was super knowledgable and very friendly. The glasses selection was great and I was able to get my prescription written out with no issues (I've had issues with this at other eye places) Great place, I would recommend them to anyone. I will continue to go here for my eye needs.

Malbar was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. After staring at a blurry computer screen for way too long I needed to get myself in for an eye check. They were able to get me in within 48 hours even as a new patient. All staff was friendly and professional and I appreciated the doctor's manner. This facility did not try to oversell you on unnecessary options and products. I will definitely be back. I did end up with some glasses and they have some great options, but I am quite sure you can find better prices on frames elsewhere.

Update 2: Lenses came in and didn't fit quite right so they're getting her an entire new pair of glasses. I'm very happy with how they resolved this issue and will continue to use them for my daughter.
Update: My daughters lenses will be replaced and for some reason records show that the anti-glare we thought we had purchased was crossed off of our order. Strange. I'm pleased with how they handled our problem. We'll see how this ends up be resolved, we should receive new lenses in 7-10 days.

Great service. Everyone is super nice. Did not have to wait at all for the Dr. They helped me pick out my new glasses w/out my wife :) Dr. The only thing I would improve upon is availability, i.e. I could only schedule Mondays or Wednesdays. But...it's not that big of a deal really. Dr. Kirk Maynard was very personable, experienced, and I trusted him. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my dumb questions.
